Ah yes, I tried finding some good sea creatures a while back and gave up. Started to lose interest in ark but came back to check on it. Went for a dive and found a tuso AND mosa chilling together not far from my base :/

Sometimes when you tame a Mosa the taming bar is not there

If youre on mobile and you are riding on your mosa while having 4 industrial grills on the saddle and you wanna fight an alpha mosa, dont, cuz they can destroy the industrial grills (cuz they make a wooden sound when you punch them)

Hi, today i tamed my firt Mossasaurus and heres how you can to. I used the anmomite rage efekt to lure the mosasaurus to a island, and then just shot it with a crossbow you can shot it with darts but I forgot mine, anyway you can use prime meat or pirme fish meat. i used bio toxin to keep it a sleep it works really well. I tamed mine and im only level 60, anyway hope

this will hlep you tame your first mosasaurus.

In mobile you need to spend 160 ancient amber or complete a dungeon (that has the reward) to get its TEK saddle, or just watch youtubers throw laser cannons whilst you sit there and cry.

Have a fast mount to swim away from the mosasaurus.

First of all it’s a massive fish, second of all WHERE DID IT JUST GO

On rag they are usually on the corners of the map

If you combine this or any underwater platform mount you can make an actual oil rig with dunkleostrus to get oil and smelted on your platform mount if you dont have a platform mount an underwater cave works tio would recommend one next to a drop for better farming

You can find then I’m the left corner behind herd island I found a alpha and regular in under 1 minute

Lure it to a underwater resource cave and place a behemoth dino gateway and a gate it will get stuck ( works on mobile) tamed this at a resource cave near 87.4 and 87.5. Can be found near carno island

Why are there’s in mobile yet nobody has one...I think finding one is hard but if you find one remember where get a basilosaur and go back to it with harpoon tranqs and ko game it and give it meat...THIS DOES NOT WORK ON ALPHAS,YOU AND YOUR BASILOSAUR WILL BE DEAD(or just swim away and look like a wimp)hope this helps!

On ASA, just tamed one, lvl 150, on a boosted server, maybe 3x. I took 4 behemoths gates, I placed them like a cage under a cliff on the bottom of the sea, so the top part is covered by the cliff. I lured the Mossa inside the cage with my Basi and trapped it, then via a small gap I shot it with the ascended crossbow (400% damage) 50 - 60 Tranq arrows, feed it with at least 7 Extraordinary Kibble and 200 Narcotics to be sure it will not wake up before.

Pro:

It's very fast in the water, I want to race it against the dolphin, it might be faster.

Good at collecting meat, gel, biotoxin, hide etc.

Cons:

Can't reach too close to the shore because it's getting beached.

The turning radius is horrible, if something is attacking you from behind it's very difficult to turn around and do some damage back.

It's loosing health faster than Basi

If you have a squid and a tribemate then it’s a piece of cake. First you grab it with a squid and swim up till the other mosas can’t get to you then you have your friend tranq it out while you’re holding it. If you’re lucky you can get it close to land and your friend can use tranq darts

If you have one of these NEVER put these guys on neutral, they will run away if it gets attacked and you’ll never see your mosa again.

Guarantee to be under the big arctic island northwest on the island map.

OMG I FEEL LIKE THESE THINGS ARE SO RARE ON MOBILE!! Geez I LIGIT only found my first EVER mosa AND I’M LVL83!!!!! Found it near herbivore island (Where my base is XD) and I’m curious, do tusos spawn there too? Coz if they do I’m taking ALL my black pearls with me EVERY time I go looking for angler gel, XD

They are found in deep waters near the edge of the world they don’t have a large agro range you don’t need to need to worry about them attacking

In Genesis part 1 You can get him to swim into a bubble and it will be unable to move if the bubble gets caught on something (The Bubble eventually pops but it’s still worth a try, because the bubble still lasts a while)

(FOR ARK MOBILE PLAYERS) For my expierence i mostly encounter quite a lot of tuso, leed and many many megs, haven’t encounter a single one of that alpha, but when i encounter a mosa, it usually are an alpha, so i don’t thing tuso, meg and leed alpha exist in ark mobile
