Best way to find them is to swim around on an ichthysaurus (dolphin) because you can swim right up to it and it won’t care just don’t hit it

How to take

1 build trap by the shore

2 kill ammonite

3 lead mosa into trap and kill off other animals

4 tranq and tame

You can use sanguine elixirs on them while you are in a vacuum compartment and they are outside

Just lvl up the Hp make it a tank put a platform saddle on it mount minigun on it go underwater and see who's the toughest of them all but beware the minigun range is low underwater

Just take an itchy and some decent crossbows or compound bow with some tranq arrows or toxicant arrows and knock it out without dismounting the itchy.. Easiest way to tame one.. Just tamed a lvl 130 water demon..

Good for taming tuso with the platform saddle. Just let the tuso tank the mosa an feed it. Hop back on

If you have a mosa near a underwater cave, go into the cave and shoot it out, makes it faster without a trap.

I play easy mode on mobile and I rode a Ichthy shot tranq arrows at it and it did not agro… I shot it 15-20 times with a master craft crossbow and it completely ignored me like I did not exist. Mosa WILL agro at a meg, plesiosaur or basil. easiest way to tame a Mosa.

Underwater caves are so clutch when it comes to taming such creatures, set a gate and youre pretty much done!

Can’t find miss on mobile but been searching for three hours, why can’t I find one, I mean a can find plesiosaur easily but not mosa

They spawn south on the island. Between the land and the barrier, when found, use a crossbow to get its attention and use your mount as bait (Recommend a basilo or another mosa for their high health). Once it agros on your mount, swim up and start tranqing it. Their torpor drains fast so wait a while until it reaches 40% and spam some bio toxin or narcotics in. I recommend starve taming as you could easily lose your kibble if you go away for a while.(Make sure your mount is fully healed for an emergency getaway)
