I usually tame them any time they spawn in or near the redwoods and are so fast if sonic the hedgehog challenged them to a race it would be a tie so they are difficult to hit but usually you can just shoot them in the face when they are in front of you and just put meat in them don't bother with the rare flowers.

Just a fun fact: they r actually the number 1 fastest Dino in all of ark without levels 😉
