Megalosaurus is verry gud when master and hate out of the basing. Damage and more damage will done if dark inside or out the side and everywhere as the well increases. I highly recomend as gud dinosor for meat and the gathering as well meat. Do it wake up you need put back on sleep seting for to tame again. You understannd all it?

Their use is very limited due to the fact that you can only use it at night. During the day, if you keep it awake, it's stamina will drop very fast and upon reaching 0, it will start gaining torpor very fast which ultimately leads it to fainting.

If you get stuck out during the day, you can stop and set it to sleep to regain stamina and reduce torpor and hopefully rinse and repeat until you can get home. Be very careful if you carry it with flying mount, if it sleeps or faints you will drop it.

In PvE you are unable to pick up wild dinosuars, which limit's its use even further.

Even at night, while it's attacks are powerful, it isnt a first choice simply due to it's stamina. While longlasting, it regains stamina painful slow, keep it in mind if you need to flee!

In order to tame you must be quick even though the thing is weak day it can still pick you up and do some damage come with the tranquilizer darts and long neck rifle crossbow and tranquilizer arrows also work you might want to be in a group so you can survive

Bring around 20 stone pillars to trap it just Incase it wakes up on you

When I got mine I lured it out of the cave during the day, knocked it out and made a stone fence around it, worked great

Tame on aberration so they don't wake up

To tame one easily, build one pillar with a ceiling on top of it. Then agro the m3galosaur with now. When it gets close to you place a large hatch frame. This if done correctly will make the m3galosaur only able to run in circles for easy taming.

Do this at day it will lose health because it's awake at day so before you knock it out just let it's food drain a bit so you have a head start also knock it out but you can let it wake up at night if it's not staved

When it's tamed it's really strong. If you start the meat run as soon as it's night you can get quite a bit of meat.

Do not perform a server restart or save and quit on single player while taming a Megalosaurus in Aberration. The Megalosaurus will instantly wake up regardless of torpor upon reloading into the game.

tame this creature in abberation! It is really really strong Because he Will always have the night thing. So make A trap lure it in and tranq it, When it is KO he wont Need narcotics. Just make sure To find 1 or More sheeps.

When way that we found to tame it was to use another tame that has a lot of health that it can munch on as bait. While a wild megalo is munching, it won’t move, plus it will leave you alone as you shoot it.

When taming a megalasaurus on abaration one must use turtles

Large bear trap and pillars that way your safe to tame bc it can pick u up

Every night night it periodically wakes up so unless you have boosted taming be prepared to take you kibble/mutton out of it to ko it again

Use a bola and/or large bear traps to immobilize it. Then surround it with stone window walls by placing fence foundations then the walls. Now you can shoot tranqs at it through the windows. Yoy can also put a door frame and door so its easier to feed it once its down.

Tame it at 20:30, bring a dino to tank it and when it's down it'll sleep 24 hours.
