Don't know why but tamed a 55 with kibble and it insta tamed after knocking it out during the day

Don't let it grab you, only tame during the days I you can out maneuver it. Fought one in South East lava cave and a level 12 killed me (lvl 97, 400 hp with 1762.2 armor rating) in less than 5 seconds after grabbing me.

Lured my 92 out of the chitin cave and had a friend grab and drop it onto our taming raft with metal, where we tamed him.

Fist time u knock it out force feed it meat till its fully healed. Second time u wanna bring a shoulder dino so that he can eat it and gain health his food Wouldnt go up go up alot but third time u wanna put the kibble in the dino

You can either knock them out during the day, or you can knock them out the moment they wake up at night. It is far safer to knock them out during the day because they will be sluggish but you will have less time to starve them unlike if you tranq them after night. Note that more than likely you will have it wake up because no matter what when night hits they will automatically wake up which is why you must starve them before you tame them. This makes them a challenge to tame for some people. However with some patients and practice you will get the hang of it.

In order to tame an aberation one as a low level, no traps needed, just breed up a tanky ravager or two and set them onto passive, then get a crossbow with the tranq arrows and shoot em while they try to eat your ravagers, but have a hard time due to the insane health, keeping you perfectly safe

Tame this guy at day. It is becoming kill machine at night and you can kill Rex if your Mega big lvl

I don't see this guy in ark mobile but they say that it is in the mobile version

If you're on abberation it's simple

You need -large bear trap,4-5 billboards,usual knocking out stuff

Place three wooden billboards making a square with an open side and place a large bear trap in the middle, bring your megalo over and get it in the trap, then you have about 10 seconds to go behind it and place another billboard, now you can knock it out :)

To keep them awake without sleep depth just remove there state lock and mine stay awake for ages and they protect the base from raiders easily.

Instead of risking being killed by Araneos and Pulmonoscorpius in a cave while trying to tame a Megalosaurus, a much easier way to tame it is to kill a high level, then revive it at an obelisk.

Apparently they are very damn strong but they need da sleep and at Morning it becomes very slow and it can gain torpidity when their “sleep debt” goes to full and they go to sleep when u dismount in the morning
