If you so happen to take a glitched mana or one that ends up glitching where it ends up floating to the ceiling. Wait until it reaches top of ceiling ( with new tame tracker when green don’t click it again let it stay green). Get behind it and push on its back with bird. When it starts to foot down don’t touch it and follow it until it hits the ground. Your welcome :) *sharks*

Don't tame ones that are stuck floating in the sky. Unless you bring grapples and the saddle with one other person.

To be able to tame these quickly use a net gun then tranquiliser darts

Started my first breeding project! It’s with manas (obviously since I’m posting it here) and I have the goal of making an “cherry blossom” themed mana, never seen it done in ark before (as in themes) and I’ve never bred color mutations or any for that matter so I’m hoping I can just stack color mutation to get a mana with darker pink horns, white wing accents, and a light pink body. I dunno… already on gen 3 though on one of my first days! I boosted the breeding cool down and mature speed though since this will still be a long process even with boosted settings. Gen 3 male breeder (haven’t gotten ANY females sad face) is lvl 120 from the start and has 6k health (parent were around 90 since I don’t have insane level critters on my single player genesis 2)

An easy way to tame this is to get a snow owl and dive freeze it then keep freezing it and get a friend to knock it out.

Sometimes they can get stuck in the air so maybe look for one that is stuck btw They can’t shoot ice while stuck

Will stay tame if full

They will despawn when divebombing mammoths, be aware.

THEY DO FIR THROUGH REGULAR DINO GATES

Note that they CAN fit through behemoth gates (obv) and also they will fit through tek gateways but will not fit through normal stone ones from expirence.

Managarmr taming

Extinction: out of the two maps they spawn in, I would say they would be harder to tame because of the harsh cold and if you have nothing, it would take awhile getting set up, let along all of the predators in the snow dome.

Genesis 2: In my opinion, they are earlier to tame here because of the geography and the fact that you have a tek suit. And getting narcotics is significantly easier because you can purchase everything you need off of HLN-A.

If you engage in a PvP in one of these beasts keep in mind if you on a flyer and your opponent is on one of these make sure he freezes u whilst ur in the air and he cant reach u from the ground.

Doing this will give you a freeze protection timer allowing you to get closer to the target allowing you to get a pick

No traps needed. Just use a rock drake. Find a mana attacking something. Help it out by killing whatever it is attacking. Put rock drake in stealth mode. The mana will jump on you, shoot it thru the drake. If drake is invisible you can shoot thru its body.

U will win every PvP with a mana u just need to freeze them and jump around u can beat Gigas, wyverns exc. It's important u put stamina cause it will let u use your breath for longer

Tbh Manas get very cocky when they jump just make sure to keep your ground and if they come up move around to the back where the mana can't reach and pick them hope this helps although I didn't explain it the best 💯

VERY EASY WAY: all you need is 2 stone gates and a primitive or better flack armor. These things will not target your tames for long but it will target you on foot. How I did mine was placeing a dino gate right in front of it around its neak when it's attacking you and another with the snap point side ways. This then allows you to insta depending on what you feed it as it will lose food when jumping. If you need a good video I would advise watching nooblets video.

Use rare flowers to agro and get it to a trap. It won’t get off you be ready to take damage on your mount. Lastly when breeding make sure to take them off folllow and attaching target. Had something outside my house get mad and these little crickets where jumping all over the place one landed 15 tiles high on my house. Couldn’t believe they could jump that high as babies. But they do!

It's food goes down way faster than Dododex says so for like a prime tame just kill a mammoth and run back and instantly feed it and it will tame and still be hungry

While encountering stand still and take the beating, you are not outrunning this as it can fly.
