Whenever your riding this machine, anything you pass in the ocean will follow you non stop, maybe this could be used for taming other big monsters

This buff now lasts for 6 hours. Just get a mod that improves this creature and maybe you won’t be complaining about it.

All i can say, once you tame them and you ride it you will get a 30mins buff from them. After taming, you can throw them aside and continue with your crate hunting. Take note, they will disappeared in 30mins not 6 hours.

Used to better your underwater loot crates, but they are a pain to tame sometimes, slow, and you can hardly tell they made a loot difference. So utility? Cool looking at best :)

I found a use for these things: DPS testing

If your Dino can kill one before it teleports away your Dino has very good DPS

My lvl 230 Basilosaurus passed the test btw

This isn’t a Dino to tame for keeps it’s mainly to get 6 hour buff for drops(deep sea loot crates and normal loot crates on land are affected by the buff). If you are on a dino(mosa,dolphin, etc.) it will be aggressive. You need some scuba flipper and a scuba tank with some honey in your last slot to passive tame it. You can literally just leave it once tamed though it has no other use than the buff

Actually not a bad Dino because as soon as you tame it go to and underwater cave with it so it gives you way better loot an way better rarity loot

Idea:The liopleurodon could scrape more prime fish meat from leedsichthys and also deal more damage to leedsichthys

Why do they eat honey they are underwater creatures

Without the neck and head, its body looks like something a kid made in pottery class

If you take these they give you way better stuff in loot beams.

This Dino is god when it comes to underwater chests. In stead of a Jar you can get a Rocket Launcher instead if you have it.

Don't ride it, you will sprint it until it's out of food and you won't even get the full 30 min. Doesn't eat meat or berries or rare mushroom, those were all I tried before *poof*.

As useless as this thing is and as difficult as it is to tame if you want the Masters zoologist achievement then you have to tame it

Before you forget it. These things are rare, and they will boost underwater loot drops. Only for 30 minutes but the blueprints last forever. 👍
