It would be AWESOME if we could tame this beast. We can scrape food off of it, it has more base health than a Mosasaurus and can break everything up to and including metal. I say it should have a platform saddle, it would be the perfect base since as I already mentioned WE CAN SCRAPE FOOD OFF OF IT! So if you are at sea and become low on food, scrape off the fish meat and have a feast. This would be perfect for pvp and in all honesty, great for singleplayer and pve as well. Surely I am not the only one who would want this?

There is an interesting Fact about Leedsichthys they can destroy everything zp to metal walls but not Adobe walls (Cement walls). So if you wanna trap them use Adobe Walls!

Imagine this: leedsichthys tameable and rideable. They can harvest metal and oil. They had a platform saddle. They could swallow fish hole and carry them around alive. WELL THEY ARENT TAMABLE! They would be op as a tame.

Okay, um their is a person here stating there is no alpha version of this But actually there is! And if your traveling with a raft it's recommended to throw honey at them to stop them, and you can scrape some meat from it, very useful if you ask me, I recommend trapping it for infinite fish meat but there's a cool down from scaping meat from it, hope this helps☺️

They dont attack rafts on mobile,

For PC or console players use a motorboat to outrun a normal leed

If near the shore, can be used to get some prime fish to help a tame or meat to spoil in early game. Can be quite helpful

Its very useful for taming aquatic dinos, you can get prime and normal fish meat from these big bois, i have one next to my base and i named him "Ash" :>

General tip works great get an Ichysauros and swim down to one hop off quick and you can “scrape it’s meat” it won’t become aggressive as long as you get back on fast but it gives you loads of raw prime fish meat and you can do it every 10 min

There is an alpha and normal. They are always level 1 and have 4400 health alpha or normal. Alphas will 1 shot wooden rafts and normals 2 shot wooden rafts. You can scrape meat off its sides. Lots spawn around herb island but they do spawn around the whole island. They seem fairly common as I found 6 on one side of the map. 3 alphas 3 normals. (One of the alphas took my raft from me.) they are untamable and if you are on a mount do little damage to it so they are easy to kill if you are not on a raft. Others say you can throw honey off your boat and it will stop attacking. I have never tried this but it likely works.

If you find a low level one and have something with around 4k damage kill it, it gives a ton of prime fish meat

If your raft gets hit once, stop it right away. 50% chance it won't hit it a second time and you might just save your raft, simply wait for it to go away then sail to shallow waters asap. You cannot outrun it with a raft and our only takes 2 strikes to sink a full health raft.

Cage it and scrape it. That way if you ever need fish meat, you can chop it off their still breathing bodies!

Even though we can’t tame this monster, it can help in a very easy way.

1. Find one near herbivore island.

2. Lead it over to the cove.

3. Use behemoth gates to trap it in the cove.

4. Build a base or outpost at the shore full of refrigirators, and occasionally scrape off meat.

5. Store all this meat in the outposts and use it for whatever!

Ok, I know Ark says it doesn't have enough brains to be tamed but whales are really smart in real life. And if you could tame it, the should give the whale a platform saddle.

So first u need to make it go into a trap then your set just harvest raw prime fish for days

Instead of a platform saddle, it should just have a regular saddle with a bunch of seats
