I'm seeing a lot of fake tips about this character creature. Because I have also seen Leedsichthys in Ark Survival Evolved on Mobile and I think mobile is better than pc. I've never seen an Alpha version of this Leedsichthys, so therefore using that logic any proof of an Alpha Leedsichthys existing is AI-generated. They give a lot of meat. All you have to do is swim near them. You should be wearing a Diving Suit! You'll get a pop up saying take meat. They get aggressive only if you punch them or shoot them with any weapons and if you attack them with any of your underwear tames. They will attack you, but they won't do any damage at all to you since their attack hitbox is bugged on mobile. Since it's NOT a Herbivore but a fish that eats other fish. Unlike Carnivorous creatures. I'm sure that they're still not officially tame. Only if you have bought the Cheat Console for Single Player. I really hope that people stop lying in the tips. Really help each other out because Ark Survival Evolved isn't an easy video game to play in Single Player. It's just as hard in Multiplayer. I just found a lvl 1 alpha. Very close to shore. So they do not stay in open water.

Found one stuck in the shallow water near a beach

Playing single player and paused on my raft to relight my 3 campfires keeping me alive in my hide gear and THIS MOTHER FRICKER JUMPS OUT OF THE WATER AND TACKLES ME IN! I hate the ocean sm it scares me,well the ark ocean.im not trying to get to personal but im not comfortable being in water i can’t see the bottom off.anything could be in there,im dead now and traumatized by that bc I didn’t expect it.

Warning: this giant fish whale attacked my wooden raft on mobile. I thought they didn't do that on mobile. Didn't break the boat because I was close to shallow water (this thing is probably bigger than a megalodon, idk) and did not attack me when I went down for another look. I wouldn't risk getting too close though, just in case.

I heard that you can kill! If you have a mount that can swim you are lucky for Leedsycthys meat!

You can get prime fish meat from tapping with something. It just happens… rarely.

So i got two explorer notes in ark mobile and found one of these things pinned between two large rocks close enough to shore where i could kill it safely, and killing this thing with two explorer notes gave me 65+ levels no joke..

HOW TO ESCAPE

If you see one of these trying to get somewhere on a raft your main choice to escape is to rush to the nearest shore. I did that when I was a noob and nearly lost my entire raft to it.

HOW TO KILL

There are multiple things to do to trying to kill it here are your option

1. Get something stronger like a mosasaur so you could kill it

2. Get a metal raft and a ranged weapon since the Leedsichtyhs van only break wood making it nearly impenetrable.

3. The last thing you can do is to get your strongest underwater weapon and attack it at full might.

They don’t eat rafts on mobile. Try it if you don’t believe me

Trap one close to your base or next to your base and boom! Infinite meat!!!! Use behemoth gateways or structure's that they can't break. That's all thx.

Yeah... you know the Titanic? Well, it wasn't actually an iceberg. You want tips when on a raft? Hope you're close to land when you find it, or have a strong water tame with you.

These things are great if you want to get a LOT of raw prime fish meat. They give 50 per scrape. They are found mainly around herbivore island! If you can’t find any go on a giant murder spree and kill all the feesh in the water, one will spawn eventually! They are passive and won’t attack (unless you attack them first) but they WILL eat your boats. Just swim up to them with a dino on mobile and tap them to scrape off their meat (you can scrape every 10 minutes). I recommend trapping them for easier access.

To tame give it your boat so abandon ship

The alpha is same as normal just white and bigger I'm on mobile the first one I saw 100x bigger than a megalodon was white and the next one I saw was at herb island and it was 30x bigger than megalodon also on mobile they don't have to much a taste for raft and it's hotbox is at its anus you can scrape fish meat off normals and prime fish off alphas very useful untameable giant
