They spawn mostly at herbivore island (bottom right of the island) and they only attack rafts/motorboats so be careful you can also scrape meat off of them for food which is pog

These can come as alphas. I did not know this untill I came across it. Destroyed my boat in 2 bites. Where as a standard one destroys a boat in 4 bites

These big fishies while untameable are useful because you can harvest meat from they're body, however if you have to pass through open water where these big fined snot goblins run amuck use something that flies or that can send these fat fish and chip ripoffs into the grasp of oblivion in a few clicks, and quick tip, dont cross they're path on a raft... i learnt that the hard as did so many others...

On genesis and you choose the "chasing the whale" mission or something idk what its called. If you have decent speed you can dodge it's attacks. I'd recommend a Tek bow and a Tek rifle so you can hit it underwater. Have a good day surviving people😁

On the Island South zone 1 I found on two occasions one doing a head stand on the beach so I killed it and got a good amount of xp

These demons of the sea do not care about your feelings, they will destroy your boat and everything you love.

If you do get chased by one, try to go close to shore but 9 times out of 10 they will just 1 shot your raft.

If you are planning on trapping one of these; Build the trap 3X what you think will work and it probably still wont fit.

In order to trap them, I recommend attacking them once with a tanky mount like a basi and then leading them to an area in which they can be easily enclosed. I recommend herbivore island.

Basically, if you are going to make a boat base, turrets are a must. These thing go out of their way to destroy rafts and motorboats.
