These things are harmless the don’t do damage they show the attack move but it doesn’t do damage

They don't attack canoe's. So I suggest making one instead of a raft

If encountered and hit by that on your boat, u can escape by making zig zag movements until you reach the shore where it cant hit you. Ive lost som boats for it then used this tecnique and never lost them again, remeber to repair boat after the hit, so u be ready for next encounter. Best way to avoid it is navigate near shores

These thing can be killed with a lv 150 ichi i killed around 50 so far.

Sink stone or metal foundations on your raft if planning a ocean trip...it protects your raft so you dont get sunk

So, we have proof that wildcard hates people who give them money. They make the flyers next to useless, so I start taking my raft to go metal hunting. No big deal right? I have a vault on my "solid" stone raft, all goes well until I clear Herbivore Island. When all of a sudden my raft goes flying out of the water and this massive death whale appears behind me, so much for two weeks work, gathering, building, tearing down and rebuilding my taming/gathering raft. Highly recommended to bring a flyer with you on any raft trip, so you can at least get home.

Here somethings I learned after some encounters with leedsichthys: 1. they bug a lot because they are big, like get easily stuck in the environent. 2. There is the normal and the alpha. 3. They dont seen to be aggresive when you are in the water, with or without a dino, I guess they just dont like rafts because me and my friend lost one to them but they dont attack us, my first though was that they were aggresive or territorial, but it happend that when I got close to one it doenst attack me and I swim around it normally ( I didnt try to take the meat ).

One time me and my friend got a raft and sailed int the sea then my friend saw a small fish so he went to get it but what he didnt know was there was a leed and ill never forget what he said

I hate these because they destroy my rafts all of the time as I'm just leaving from my main base at herb island. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

The sweetest fish ever. It won’t attack you if you’re in the water. But if you have a boat/raft, it will try its best to destroy the boat/raft. But once the boat/raft is gone, you’re perfectly safe.
