Warning: this giant fish whale attacked my wooden raft on mobile. I thought they didn't do that on mobile. Didn't break the boat because I was close to shallow water (this thing is probably bigger than a megalodon, idk) and did not attack me when I went down for another look. I wouldn't risk getting too close though, just in case.

HOW TO ESCAPE

If you see one of these trying to get somewhere on a raft your main choice to escape is to rush to the nearest shore. I did that when I was a noob and nearly lost my entire raft to it.

HOW TO KILL

There are multiple things to do to trying to kill it here are your option

1. Get something stronger like a mosasaur so you could kill it

2. Get a metal raft and a ranged weapon since the Leedsichtyhs van only break wood making it nearly impenetrable.

3. The last thing you can do is to get your strongest underwater weapon and attack it at full might.

They don’t eat rafts on mobile. Try it if you don’t believe me

Yeah... you know the Titanic? Well, it wasn't actually an iceberg. You want tips when on a raft? Hope you're close to land when you find it, or have a strong water tame with you.

The alpha is same as normal just white and bigger I'm on mobile the first one I saw 100x bigger than a megalodon was white and the next one I saw was at herb island and it was 30x bigger than megalodon also on mobile they don't have to much a taste for raft and it's hotbox is at its anus you can scrape fish meat off normals and prime fish off alphas very useful untameable giant

Actually leedsichthys is tameable but this is only in PC. To tame it in PC, come near it, then press tab then type "cheat forcetame" near the leedsichthys, make sure it does not get away, and done! its tamed and you can still scrape prime fish meat from it and you can ride it!

(This can only be done in non-mobile devices).

these thing might deadly to deal with, however in mobile they can't deal damage to player and tame (except ralf).

They have some in the ocean next to the desert in lost island.

Nearly broke my raft and broke the box that had 400+ Metal in it my tribe mate had to try swim to a island.

Lesson: Don’t go anywhere near these whales

These guys don’t attack you they will only attack in sElF dEfEnSe and it can make big boi meat but these guys are gigas of the sea dont act like it is also it isn’t tamable

I was just whith my freind on ark and we discovered that you could make rafts so we set off sailing to herbivour Island and all was going well until we were attacked by an alpha leedsichthys and it killed us and 1 of are megs. So never sail a raft of deep waters because whales don't like rafts and you'll probably die or lose 1 of your sea dinos.

These things and tusos are the only things that drop prime fish meat on mobile when killed.

These things will destroy the heck out of your raft. I was with one of my tribemates, and we lost EVERYTHING to it. Fabricator, smithy, dodo's, obsidian, everything. But if you stay next to shore with your raft, they will leave you alone. Though they won't attack you unless your on a raft. So this shows how dangerous the ocean is on the Ark. So stay frosty.

I scraped meat off of the Leedsichtys and a Peiosaur killed me. Not sure why, I didn’t hit it, is it aggressive?

We managed to trap one on south beach on island. It looks as blue as the sea itself. Behe gates and a swimmer with flippers lured it into the perfect trap. Free fish for days!

If you see it underwater while swimming, you are safe this creature acts just like a whale is neutral to divers but will emerge from the depths of ARK’s oceans to swallow any ship that dare sail near.

The Leed agros on boats, so create a motorboat. It will agro but because the motorboat is metal It will do barely any damage to it. As the Leed is agro-ing on it, jump in the water with your sword and scrape meat off. Then just hop on your boat and precede with your day

It'd be one big fish, it swallow me raft whole! Arrrrrgg

Use a raft to lead it into your pen because use they target rafts.
