Single player uses:

1. Taming mount: Karkinos is pretty tough and unlike most "big dinos" you can use a weapon while riding it, they can also grab two dinos at once and if you dismount then they won't immediately eat them like a Megalosaurus would.

2. Aquatic mount: Karkinos can't be grabbed by a tusoteuthis and are very strong.

3. Power mount: Big crab strong.

If ur early game these guys are sooooo easy to outrun if u have decent speed bet if u don’t just run into a lot of trees and it will slow it down (or just kill it u donut)

Little tip if the game is deciding to not do torpor even tho your hitting it in the adomen then there’s this little trick called a command to tame it cause it’s honestly dumb how the hit boxes can f up the whole tame

Karkinos army useful for battles but alpha karkinos can solo a reaper queen

we had a trap with a lvl 95 and had 15 catapult ammo and then we hit body shots and it died like ark fix the game

If you want to force tame it press the button near the esc then type code then if done tap enter and it’s force tamed also only works in single player PC

Will throwing boulders with ferox work to knock these out? Up if yes!

How to make a tank

1 tame 2 veloasaurs extinction only

2 turn both veloasaur to aggressive

3use a karkinos to pick up veloasuars

4 demolish everything in your sight

Hey have you ever tried to tame Karkinos? Well then this tip is for you!

DO NOT USE TRANQ DARTS! Only cannon balls work. Like if thsi was helpful.

If you use the cheat command ---> gmbuff

On it it will get levels and mine got over 100 k health. To be exact 106,563 thousand and if you use cheats to spawn a level 1000 and then do gmbuff on it you can get up to 350,000 thousand health and you can put some points into damage if you want. If you did not know on Xbox one the cheat button is

---> click menu and then press LT RT L R Y X all at the same time to get cheats. ---AMM

Criminal these can’t breed by default on Survival Evolved, maybe they will finally get fixed with Aquatica but big doubt.

Note for Survival Evolved players: crabs still can’t be bred, even though Dododex and the ark wiki say otherwise. Thanks wildcard for never finishing that!
