Well... I kidnapped a snail and put it In a box so when i remember to, i get free cementing paste. Good for kidnapping smaller animals.

Multiple uses:

land travel use is comparable to a frog, faster in some cases on flat land (takes some getting used to), surprisingly it is also immune to bolas, and can only be picked by a tuso nothing else 👍 stamina levels go a long way.

Pvp, although squishy with low health, it’s ability to pick people means it’s an alternative to a blood stalker somewhat.

Kapro running, similar with deinonychus, the kapro can leap into a turret wall through a crouch, but unlike deinonychus, you can pick someone mid flight to yeet into the turret wall with you, can can also shoot off it’s back.

It’s a shockingly overlooked tame, so many possible uses for pvp.

happy grabbing stuff the fact that the kapro can grab creatures makes it safe for tranq and tame

While I was trying to tame one, it was holding a dilo for meatshield (and blocked my tranq arrows)

Do not bring this guy into the first cave I brought two in and it did not work on even had a saddle I was riding him they both died

Avoid going near these things on a mount otherwise they will leap forward and grab you of your mount but once tamed this can be really useful

Named one forklift and move smaller Dino's around the base with his grip ability.

The saddle for this thing should be at wayyy lower level, they are OK... They can grab certain Dino's for easy taming but at level 39 you will not be looking for these guys I assure you that.

Get a underwater base and breed kapros=Defence for base

Breed a army with a female or male lvled weight and the other gender health or melee=Good kapro army

I feel like they need to give the Kapro a lil TLC since they amped the Sarco, they picking on the lil bro!

On the Valguero DLC they spawn in the jungle

This may be my personal favorite transport Dino for early ish game. It’s able to move through the swamp freely and makes for decent defense against the random attackers like raptors and dilos.

Tranq a creature and carry it to your base to tame

A must have dinosaur. As I was taming one, things went downhill fast. A killed about four titanboas and finally retreated once tamed. Just as I left, a titanboa appears out of nowhere and knocks me out, leaving me defenseless. Luckily, my Kapro killed it before any major damage was done. Just as I was about to come out of unconsciousness, another titanboa began to attack. Again, my Kapro killed it. This Kapro saved my life twice and I’m very grateful to have such a loyal friend now. They will pull you out of a pickle and it’s a good tame to have. Great for capturing smaller creatures that attack you

Very useful on scorched and versión easyJet to Tame

Probably the easiest dino to tame for getting rid of Raptors since it can grab them keep in mind that Raptors can pull you off a kapro but not when it grabs them.

Useless under water as they are really bouyant so even when riding you have to FORCE them to stay under, not really the most useful mounts unless you want a boat that can walk (but seeing as a baryonyx or sarco is more of a submarine that can walk they are a better choice), but they do have one good use: as 'hunting dogs' they can run fast enough to run down meaty moschopses can usually one shot a dodo and can gather both meat and hide pretty well and if the prey flees into water the kapro can follow as long as it doesn't go under they're also strong enough to kill raptors and if you have enough swarm even carnos or rexes but if you ride one you won't have a better mount to fight alongside the kapro army(a yuty would be ideal since it could boost the kapros)
