Rage was my first dangerous swamp tame.

She was like a sister to me. She fought by my side and together we killed sarcos and dilos and dodos and raptors. She helped me tame our own Raptor pack with Beetle, the alpha, Crisp, Ripper, Bane, Storm Syren and Mouse.

One day we were taking raptors when she disappeared. I looked everywhere, not finding her in my list of living tames. I will never know what killed her but if I somehow do she will be avenged.

R.I.P Rage, a friends and sister who saved me many times with little struggle.

Ok so I managed to tame and build them a pen I waited and gave them a feeding trough. I waited longer and 2 minutes later a fertilized egg was later I took it to my house to hatch it and put it next to my forge and now I will give the hatchling back to its parents named kappy and Katrina

So I was on the island walking to the swamp with my beelzebufo and I saw one of these guys and it attempts to pounce at me and goes flying over me 10 feet in the air, once it lands it acts like nothing happens and just start walking on it’s little merrily way. So what did I do… I killed with a pike. In it’s inventory it had a stone hatchet and a couple berries and of course it took the narcos. The end

I was running with my friend and one of these attack us and we died. I was still a beginner When this happened

Managed to get my first kapro pretty early game after it killed my parasaur and dilo. Luckily I had a bunch of meat from a dodo killing spree and from my recently killed dinos, so I managed to tame her. Now I have a mini army of 6 kapros. Amazing creatures! their boost ability is also super handy as it acts not only as an awesome attack move but also a great way of quickly leaping a good distance.

I have my brother trying to tame one so he got like 60 bear traps with tripwire on one side and turned the TV to like 49 in sound so he can hear the tripwire it's Hilarious if you see it

My first tames in ark was 2 kapros 1 named Karol and Kevin and a sarco named Samuel

I was with my lvl 13 raptor I was lvl 9 and this green thing comes flying at me I knocked it out and tamed it I was so happy I was a noob but then as soon as I tamed it another one comes flying at my kapro and killed it I was so sad

Me and my friend were looking in a swamp when the kapro leaped at him so I tamed it. It’s a level 168

I was sitting on a rock waiting for stamina with my bird that was full of metal then a kapro jumped up and one hit it

These are sooo annoying I was just riding my frog when this thing knocked me off froggy fight to his death RIP froggy you will be missed😔

There is nothing scarier when your torch runs out at night and a kapro jumps at you believe me this happend to me multiple times!

I went to tame 1 but in the process 2 sarcos and five kapros came out of no where and I lost my pterodactyl and all my loot and my socorpion

Base HP: 350

Will only eat meat from terrestrial creatures, and does not have a preferred kibble. Your best bet is to tame with is mutton, needing not a great deal and a low time. Their torpor drops low, but it has a LOT of torpor. It has a base (lvl1) torpor stat of 2500. Once tamed, you can unlock the saddle at lvl 48, and has many abilities, making it a very useful transport tame.

First attack: Bite (180 Dmg at lvl 150)

Second attack: Tail whip (250 Dmg at lvl 150)

Abilities: Can use its tail as a grappling hook, and glide off high surfaces.

Cons:

Doesn’t carry much weight

Health gets shredded in colder climates.

Hard to knock out

Pros:

Fast

Can glide well

Good melee damage and decent HP

Good food stat

How to knock out:

No trap needed, just shoot it from a high cliff, with tranq arrows, and rub if it grapples up.

i was FLYIN in my army this thing jumped on me. IT FLYED WITH ME INTO THE AIR I QUICKLY KILLED IT AND I ALMOST RIDED MY ARGY BUT I DIED.

I have (meaning still have) a lvl 74 kapro named snappy. She is aqua green with a big, purple, stripe down his back. And she is a female. She has 1222 health and a 75 attack for normal attack. She is my favorite tame. One day, I was doing something (I forgot what) and I suddenly was pounced on by a raptor! But I was fine, because I had godmode. There was a second raptor, to! I went and hopped onto snappy. She picked up one raptor and killed it with 3 attacks! She killed the other one the exact same way, but with 4 attacks. Snappy didn’t loose any health! Snappy did it! She saved my base!! Hip-hip-hooray for snappy!

So I was working on our base defenses in genesis part 2 when my friend at out to go get filled fish baskets for Shadowmanes. I was reinforcing the walls. However, every two minutes I would see your tribemate was killed by some over a hundred level kapro. That's not the worst part though the kappa would hold him in one spot allowing shadowmanes to just beat on him. At least we got an army of shadowmanes today after getting a male and female.
