These spawn around the red obelisk on scorched earth. When at the obelisk they can jump out and grab you. Be careful when there.

I have encountered these mostly in the swamp but also near some rivers. They are FAST. They will pull you off of your mount. They also drag you out into the water so if you plan on going out into the swamp, bOlas are your friend.

Hi I'm trix the rex I was going to swamp with my Tapejara and a Bezzlebufo attacked me luckily a Titanoboa attacked the Bezzlebufo then I tamed a Kaprosuchus though he got killed by another Bezzlebufo we flew the heck out of here

They are the reason you should NEVER land in swamp to restore stamina with your flying creature, not because they strong, its because they can stole your creature so other creature nearby could have some free meal and of course, bully you to death

If you see one try to dodge its jump attack or if it catches you, use a strong weapon and kill it. Also you have to get strong armor like hide or chitin
