Saw one get slaughtered by two trikes. Was very satisfying. 😁🤫 definitely didn’t scavenge the body. Be careful around these boys. Very quick and dangerous.

Never enter the swamps on something the size of a Baryonyx or smaller, because a Kapro will pounce you off. And they you won't land near your tame, these things send you clear above the tree tops

When you run into these do not run stare at it until it leaps at you and run to your left or right after the jump once they will not jump again so you will be safe to pike it to death

you can find them on swamps be prepare to loose your flyer

these are extremely powerful dinos. as I found out after taming a saber I ran into 3 of these no way did I or my saber survive. becareful when moving around swamp areas. sometimes there's more than 3 toghter.

If low level, avoid the swamps just because of these guys. No matter what you're riding they will knock you off of it. And it's hard to get away unless you have bolas handy.

Be careful when using bolas. They can still trap you in their mouth when in a bola. They can't attack until free of the bola but you won't be able to get away if your in its mouth.

Always have your argie on attack my target in the swamp or you should just accept your fate?

Early on in the game these things are your worst nightmare. You see a large amount of water and are low on hydration and go to get a drink, suddenly this guy leaps out of the water and destroys you, basically be cautious about drinking from rivers or a oasis.

Normally swamp rafting is a safe endeavor but after trying to transport 12 animals I lost 3 because they can aggro on dinos through wood as well as deal damage.

Also letting you know they can somehow clip into the interior of the raft of big enough and eat your dinos on the inside. I have a sunken foundation raft except for one foundation but stone is crucial for protection against moderate threats.

If you're starting genesis, these guys are everywhere in the swamps. In my opinion, they make the bog biome tougher than the arctic. They can jump high enough to take you off of a wyverns back. They're also strong enough to snatch your smaller mounts(moschops) and just carry them off into the swamp. Best thing to do if one of these guys gets ahold of you, don't panic. Just look down and give em hell!

I found that if you fly just below the tree tops they can't get you:)

I killed 3 with a spear there easier to kill with metal pikes and metal sword

One of these jerks grabbed me off my wolf so I had her attack him (lvl 15020 wolf vs lvl 3 kapro)

When you're past lvl 70 or so, these things shouldn't be a problem as they are incredibly weak and you can just pike it to death when you're in its jaws. If you want to tame a suchus of some sort, go for the sarco. They're easier to tame as they're slow on land and have a butt load more health.
