If you get a high health one, you can use it to drain the stamina of Gigas, Brontos and Rexes as they all have very fast stamina drain, and since the Kapro has attacks that drain stamina, if they hit one of those they will basically have no stamina in no time. Just level health and attack, and have a decent saddle. They have little health, and those war machines have high damage. Though they are most likely a one time use, they will be of no use if they die before they hit anything.

How to tame

Step 1 get a Belzebufo (they are affected by bolas)

Step 2 get tranq ammo

Step 3 shoot the Kaprosuchus

Step 4 Dodge the Kaprosuchus’ leap

Step 5 Knock out, tame, and saddle

Can pickup small things up if helpful

Never tame these things in the swamp. I learned this the hard way because they will get killed by a Baryonyx if it’s a low level but at a high level they are one of the best tames to have. So tame them in the desert or lure them out of the swamp.

It has it's uses in pvp but completely useless in pve with its low damage, low hp, low speed(lower tham Sacro both on land and in water), all it has is high stamina ehich it doesn't even need for it's leap attack and his leap whiffs if the terrain in front is so much as 1cm hugher elevated than your current position

These idiots are hard to approch so the best way to take them down is to shoot it (on top of a huge rock is perfered then I need to say it tramways take these guys down almost immediately the end hope this helps

IT WAS REALLY EASY!!!! Ihave ascendent bow i knocked it out easily and it was purple i knocked out a level 140 just get to a high place where they cant reach like a big rock in the swamp

They jump on you like a crazy cat and knock you off your animals. They have good attack to so if you get knocked off you dead.

don't try to tame a Baryonyx in the swamp a kapro and a Sarco killed me and the Baryonyx but I never really thought Sarcos agroed on Baryonyxes before you tame anything in the swamp check to see if there's kapros cuz if there is your team is dead and you are dead unless you have a bear trap then you're safe

DO NOT PICKUP WITH ARGENTAVIS. I did this and while I was flying it over to my taming pen, it somehow knocked me off. It was attacking me all the way to the ground. Luckily wasn’t very high level so I was able to kill it before it killed me.
