it may be brutal but if you're trying to get organic polymer and you kill one of these in one hit, the other kairukus won't panic and run away. they only run away if you hurt one and it doesn't die. same goes for dodos

I found a green one in the middle of the redwood- Is that odd? (Iām on mobile)
Logged on and saw my tames were killed by a kairuku..How?!?!
They can spawn in packs of 3 up to 5 and they only spawn in the far northwest snow region of the island, you have the best chance of finding them at the glaciers even further out in the ocean as only kairukus can spawn at glaciers.
These guys are harmless, why would you ever want to kill them?!
Yes they do spawn on Lost Island. Go to 40.2/43.2 and you will find some of these little guys & gals.
For the person on mobile who found one in redwoods, ha! I'm not sure if that's odd or not but mobile happens to generate some really weird creature placements. I found a procoptodon in the middle of the arctic and my sister found a Griffin in the Arctic. We both play on mobile.
Kairuku are found in the coldest parts of the map, you'll want fur clothing to keep you from freezing to death.
Once killed, use a club on the penguin to collect organic polymer

Looking for a good Fjordur spawn? The NE coast of the SW part of the map is home to many of these not so innocent waddlers. Hope this helps!
