Utility Tips

What is a iguanodon used for? iguanodon battling strategies in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.
In its lower stance it doesn't drain its stamina. It can carry a lot of weight. Gathers thatch quickly. Can defent itself well and when it gets into a pickle you can use that lowers stance to run away without fear of running out of stamina (my favorite feature). Fast with that stamina advantage, it can be used for traveling far or scouting. My favorite utility dino in early game.
Pump health and damage into this baby and you will get your self a dino so powerful you can take on spinos and rexes, like litteraly just tame one it wont hurt like frl just get one yourself and put a saddle on it and see how powerful it is as a tame for yourself! I got a level 30 iguanodon and it automatically had 50 damage, i put like 5 levels into damage and it did like 80!!!!!!!!! Just get it pls
(the same guy who suggested to add the Edmontosaur)
And about the rivalry buff, their glow effect should be at the front foot (if that's what you call it). And on taming them, if you give them any kinds of berries, they'll have a 2.4% taming process (if that's what you call it i really don't know what you call it), if you give it crops you'll have a 30.5% taming process and if their favorite kibble (I would suggest it would be Extraordinary Kibble if on PC/Console and Bronto Kibble if on mobile if they would be added), their taming process would be 59.9% and their color patterns should be white and light brown, white and red, brown and orange and blue and yellow. And their egg color will be white and blue and their Kibble is used to tame the Mosasaur, to make the Edmontosaur kibble you'll need 1 Edmonto egg, 1 prime meat jerky, 2 citronals, 3 rockarrots, 2 mejoberries and 3 fiber. Edmontosaurs should be great berry collecting, hide collecting, rockarrot collecting and wood collecting.
And besides their rivalry buff, their special ability should be that they should have a pack buff and that would enhance their strength and speed. They can be found at the redwoods, near the green obelisk, and in Forests. And since I said they're the biggest Hadrosaurs I mean bigger than a giga, but sadly I don't think they should have a platform saddle. (I think most of what I said is too op but I hope this will be accepted 😊😊😊.) I hope you like the idea.
By far one of the best early game dinos. Incredible early game carry weight especially for their size. Currently I live on a giant raft in single player and use about 4 of these (sitting off to the side of the raft) to hold miscellaneous stuff that would take up space in containers. Also can’t forget about this probably being your most useful rideable travel Dino early on with infinite stamina run mode. All in all decently easy to find, easy to tame, and all around great for storage and travel (5/5) ★★★★★
These things are awesome when starting. Me and my brother managed to tame a 450 and 300! (It took a bit because of the high levels tho). They could kill pretty much anything! Not a giga tho lol. We would travel the map collecting notes and finishing pursuits. The iggys “Nugget and LemonDrop” could seed fruit when we started to grow crops. And since they have infinite stamina when running on all fours we could basically escape anything that was too strong to fight.
