I hate these guys SO MUCH, I was really happy once I realized how easily I can shoot them down with a firearm.

Fill them with lead or if you want to tame it, dont use tranq arrows, use darts

Bring extra narcs or narcoberries, these need more than the info says they do. I used more than twice the amount stated, but then again, I don’t want it waking up and attacking me.

I had never seen these before when I first played so I had a lystro (Optimus prime) R.I.P and a dodo. I watched in horror in the dark of night. I had a 3 by 4 box missing a curling and some walls and just heard the screams of the bird as it snatched and killed all my tames

Ez kill just annoying because they hunt you down and take your stuff I one shot them with primitive swords but spears/pikes would do the trick

Do NOT try to tranq a level 44 with a primitive crossbow, it killed instantly when I tried.

These things are weak so use darts since it does less damage, easiest way to knock it out is to watch it until it comes down to steal your stuff then bola it head on. Worked every time for me. Also force feeding it a little meat will keep it from dying, that's what happened with me. Hope this was helpful.

Do not use a ramshackle crossbow to tranq it, especially at low levels. You will kill it every time

The devs need to make it so you can get your stuff back if you kill them!

This thing killed my dodo. I was playing Ark on my Nintendo when all of a sudden I was randomly attacked my one of these things. It went for MY DODO. AND KILLED IT. WHAT!?

If you have your own server then you can delete these jerks.

Fun fact throw them at a dodo then harvest the golden ones with a spy glass for raw prime
