Easiest way to calm it down again is allow it to ate an small dino like dodo.

Two level 70 before tame hyaenodon can tame a level 50 troodon.

Not sure how well this would work, just spit balling but what if you made a organic polymer auto farm with penguins and hyeanodons with meatpack saddles? Basically you make a enclosed area and have a bunch of penguins breeding and a couple of hyeanodons with meatpack saddles on aggressive kill the penguin off spring and yes sometimes they won’t harvest the body but they should get most of them especially if you make it really small. This is based off of Syntac’s element dust farm go check it out if you want a better idea of what I’m talking about. I’m gonna try it out myself.

They can and will jump through open windows, put a ladder in front or behind an open window or simply close your windows if a pack roams up on you.

I found mine in the grasslands scavenging. If you want to find some, kill something where they are found, then leave for a minute and come back and see if they are there. Then pet them and then they will be tamed.

Sooo... ThEsE tHiNgS... I attempted to tame one by knocking it out to calm it because I heard a lit of other people did that too. wElL tHaT dIdNt Go WeLl... It took me over 3 times to trap it in a 2 by 1. Then I knocked it out... AnD tHe DaRn ThInG gLiTcHeD. It showed it was knocked out but didnt have any torpor. So here I am standing in a small box with my pter and a nearly dead glitchy Dog. Huh.

There’s a lot of people saying that these guys are closer related to pangolins than hyenas, and they’d be right! I’m sure you’re wondering how, because they look just like hyenas! We’ll look up a picture of a real one. Wonder no more because they’re actually super ugly!

I would recommend taming 4+ of high level ones, I encountered a pack of 5 good-ish levels and they almost wiped out my pt within 10 seconds they are apsolute killing machines
