In my first ever ark play through I got 2 of these guys but they reproduced extremely fast and before I knew I had a pack of 30 hyenas they could shred through anything then I brought them to the brood mother and I almost cried when the first hyena and the alpha died rip echo and delta
In my first ark world I found one of these guys and at the time I only could do passive tames and I tamed a couple of these guys but I forgot to turn off breeding so I ended up with like 40 hyenas and they could just shred through brontos

So, I drop down my pteranodon onto a moss green head statue thing (Nearby the Blue Obelisk, behind what I have happily dubbed the Tree of Life (At exactly 16.9 Lat, 30.5 Long)), and I go to one of the spawning areas of these adorable guys down the mountain, towards the North North-East direction. I look to my right, nothing. I look to my left AND I AM JUMPED BY FOUR. And a Carno, but unrelated. THESE LITTLE CRITTERS ARE VICIOUS YET ADORABLE. Long story short, I survived but so far have tamed none.
