To tame use a net gun and either shocking tranqs or tek bow use extraordinary kibble and boom tamed a wicked beast

I found a way to easily lose a grif’s aggro when riding a Argentavis having a grif attacking you.

You just have to fly around in a circle then continue in the direction you where going I have tried this twice on two different griffins and I instantly lost their aggro

To settle the dispute about tranq darts or arrows it just depends on your settings

Guys i dont know if griffin can be found in the island and where ty bye (ark ultimate mobile edition)

So me and my friend play ark on Ps5 Asa but we used to play on Nintendo Ase official servers on rag because i had all the islands but he didn’t and rags free so we had experience taming griffins i have played ark for a few years now around five I never really tamed griffins because I didn’t know how to trap and then I learned when we started playing official servers, but I learned just use a stone Argie trap you can do it with 1 person, but I prefer 2

so with 1 build the trap but make sure there’s cracks big enough for you to fit and make sure to have armor open 1 stone gateway door then run out and shoot the griffin when you know it’s following you running into the trap and he/she will come in if she or he doesn’t get in, you can run out and run back in once you get the griffin in use the cracks that are big enough for your body and run through them. The griffin is too big and won’t be able to get through so shoot it until it’s knocked out and feed it.

Now for 2 people have one person that is flying on a Pt and one at the trap hit the griffin once it’s going after you fly into the trap and have your friend or teammate close the exit once the griffin is inside the trap the have your friend or teammate close the entrance then knock it out and tame it.
