I have concluded that bulbdogs have more charge capacity glowtails have more regen speed feather lights have more emission range and shinehorns have a bit of all those stats therefore shinehorns are the best

Of the four Lantern Pets, Glowtails have the high Base Charge Regen. However, they have the lowest base Charge Capacity
