If u are a admin on ark mobile get a balm preferably 10x or 15x and titanoboa kibble and feed it with out shrouding u

All I gotta say is early game get yourself some berry’s and tame one they are good for berry meat hide and they can win in a fight overall just a good tame!

A random tip for mobile players:

Due to a nerf in mobile where flyers get a speed debuff from taking damage (which can get painfully annoying especially in single player), I recommend using a quetzal to carry the gigantopithecus to a safe spot (e.g near an area in your base that you feel is safe for your potential ape tame and definitely not anywhere near your tames)

Gigantopithecus is great at gathering fiber when set to wander and has a good decent damage the gigantopithecus is also ridden at all times can be found on redwoods walking around just read it hope it helps :p

Just use 2 large billboards then boom but it might take a bit of time to get it trapped

These do collect fiber on mobile!!!!! Just put them on wondering outside of you base!!

If you look under the amount of food it needs, it shows the amount of time for each interval, meaning you can set a clock and know exactly when :)

These guys are like hulk tame a high level one and you are ready to kill even a t rex or spino I had one named 'monke' he died cnidaria rip monke lvl 164

These bad boys can farm fiber along with berries,they are easy to tame,they are quite fast and they have good melee damage and health

Amazing fiber harvester, mine’s just a level 15, left it on wander for a while and boomm 2k worth

I play on xbox and they can throw me far so i.

Tame one put it on mountain make parachute and made it throw me where you want to go.

You might want something in a cryopod that you can use if you need it

So people say you have to push R3(on ps4 IDK what it is on other platforms) to pick up shoulder mounts but you actually have to push L1 and R3 together to pick up shoulder mounts

When tamed it should be able to hold things like a mantis!

Get behind it with a flyer close by for emergencies, and continuously shove berries up its butt whenever it crouches down, STAY BEHIND IT THOUGH OR YOU WILL DIE A PAINFUL DEATH BY BIGFOOT

On mobile anyway you can ride an Argi and follow him without needing camo or needing to crouch

When you throw yourself off near bushes he eats than check in his inv then he will have fiber
