The babies eat a TON. Expect to go on multiple meat runs. They also need special care in the very beginning, where they can only hold up to four meat in their inventory. I’ve never used a trough, but I’m going to, because maybe that will give me a little more free time. I also recommend building a large pen around them with a dinosaur gate. They will eventually get too big to get through the gate, but they work for the first half of their baby life.
