It is best if you lure your giga to a cliff where you can shoot from far above and where of course there are few other dinosaurs to I'm you can shoot with a pterosaur for example with an agentavis the best with files and a lot of egg feed drinks. I have always asked myself a teimer who the gigaeider nacotick needs.

Try not to die while trapping the Giga, if you die too close to it even if it’s trapped it’ll just continue to munch on you while trying to retrieve your bag. Also put beds nearby to make it easier for yourself.

When you knock it out make sure you have narcotics or bio toxin since they wake up very fast gigs trap is also recommended

You don't need a ton of biotoxin, i tamed a 120 with 80 biotoxin. The torpor will go up slowly even after feeding 1 so no need to spam.

In Mobile You Can Tame This Thing Before lvl 96, Just use a Metal trap and trap the giga and shoot it with a bunch of toxicant arrows. And use A soothing balm and bio toxin and meat.

The gigas egg has no use at mobile what a joke they should add a giga kibble too it deserve it

when I tamed a giga (by the way was very hard) they lost more then half there health stats and when you level up there health its only like 0.21 health!!😠😠😠😠 very annoying

Mine was really fast so I HAD TO CRAFT 16 LARGE BEAR TRAPS TO KEEP IT STUCK and I still can’t tame it because I have no amber to get soothing balm :( also this was at the volcano the spawn at the top sometimes :) ☺️Hope this helped also prime meat works well that what I keep hearing !

So this is from experience and for clarification I'm doing this on mobile. The best way that I learnd to tame one is to kill it. Yeah yeah I know that's not easy but one way I found out how to is to knock it out in water and let it down. Then get the essences and revive it at the green obelisk. Use a quetz with a platform saddle to tame it because it moves fast. The other way and this is only in the mobile edition is to get the op level buff with potent dust and use it on a spino. Biff up the hp to over 10 thousand and buff the attack speed and stamina as well if you need to get away.

If you want to tame just trap it using bear traps and metal gates ways

Found my first one today I have about 46 tranq darts but I knew it was not enough it was a girl level 2 so I am prepping and gathering tranq and quetzal kibble I have plenty of toxin to keep unconscious but my quetz is male to this will be hard I’m only level 70

Just make your own! They are really good if they are high enough level and full imprinted. Bonus if you get a mutation. If you have a good saddle you can take out wild titanosaurs and gigas

I find the best way to tame it is by grappling the back of its head and pumping darts this is the best way to tame giga hands down 🤚⬇️

These things will kill anything DO NOT MAKE A BASE IN BETWEEN THE VOLCANO AND IRON MOUNTAIN they will kill everything and can turn on you if angered even when tamed I recommend spino cuz it's faster and can get water buff so very useful to kill rexes in between the volcano and iron mountain
