REMEMBER wild gigas have WAY more health than tamed ones, be careful.

Build a 2x2 room of metal dino gates but leave 1 side open, stick large bear traps inside. Lure it in and put 2 more gates around the open side. Knock it out, then wait for its torpor to get low, then feed it 2 stacks of narcotics, Which will keep it out while you go and get meat

Tamed a level 20 and had a base of 50% melee, if you can find anything higher than level 50 everyone is screwed

Run to the hills, run for your lives! Or maybe run jump into the ocean and hopefully it will drown before you.

Hit it with a bola to ensure that it will stay in place so you can tranq it. You must have over 250 melee for the bola to actually work on it.

A Useful Tip: Run. Or Else. You Have Been Warned...

Use a crossbow with tranq arrows as it's cheap to make and the rifle reloads too long and the giga loses torpor extremely quick

Use primitive wooden club to knock out, feed cooked fish meat and you've got yourself a great beginners tame.

if you have a level 50 giga and whistle it aggressive next to a level 20 alpha rex it will win.... Barely

Use tapajara if doing solo to lure into metal gates and beartrap then swing around and place your scary last gate , goodluck

Best method for taming in my opinion is take atleast 4 behemoth gates and find a cliff or rock formation and place them to make a trap. Lure it in and close the gate with a bird. I've solo tamed several with this method. -Socky

It's a passive tame. Walk under it with some raw prime in your last slot. If it's starting running towards you angry like just lay down it won't hurt you

It will only kill you

Their not that hard to tame you just have to make sure you don't underestimate their torpor drop otherwise it will eat you and what ever is around you
