Their topor goes down ridiculously quick. I would not recommend using a longneck, as good as the reload time is its topor goes down before you can shoot it again. Trap it between 3 dino gates and have a 4th ome, get it trapped in their and place the fourth one behind it and tranq it with arrows, a much faster reload time. The more people shooting it the better

You can easily trap it in the river between the two snow mountains just drag it in there with a quetz till it's stuck and I promise you it won't drown either

DO NOT LET THIS DINO TAKE TOO MUCH DAMAGE WHEN TAMED. It will go into rage mode and throw you off them kill you

1st trap it. And then You must fire your tranq bullets/arrows into it quickly. Best way is have 2 guys going at it at once, just fire away bullet after bullet....... He won't die gigas have upto 80k health

Remember you don't need to outrun it you just need to outrun your tribemembers

Dododex is wrong both the amount of tranquilizer darts and arrows. I shoot a level 20 with 600 arrows and 200 darts, and he want asleep.

If you find yourself close enough to be a giga snack..... try running as you can towards it and through its legs. You might survive.

Gigas are the mosasaurs of the land. Mosasaurs are the gigas of the sea. When riding your prized giga, be extremely careful. If you let the giga take too much damage, he'll cry and eat you alive. Avoid the respawn screen, avoid the giga.

Bread ones with imprinting are a lot better than tamed ones. While tamed ones have around 17k health, bread ones go up to 30k+ (my experiences on official servers)

Must tame with cooked fish meat you only need about 2000 Bio toxins kill jelly fish to get bio toxins

If you need to do somewhere while taming it, let the torpor get low, then spam narcotics. As the torpor can't go down while it's still increasing from narcotics, you will get a small amount of extra time before it wakes up.

Once tamed (by scratching its chin of course) make sure its by you at all times.This is the one dino that aggros dodos, and the little fuckers are so small they can nip your giga in the butt without it being able to fight back. Ive lost 3 lvl 100+ to dodos

There is a tribe in hardcore-PS4 with a 280 giga, 100% imprint....

Breed breed breed. We got ours to 400 Melee after upgrading.

It's quite easy to tame, i my self have tamed many Dodos, so you know that I know what I'm doing. Use a normal bola and then that hitting it with a wooden club. After 2 hits it'll be knocked out and you can tame it. It prefers to eat narcoberrys, but wyvern milk also works but it will take like 3 minutes to tame with wyvern milk so ask your mom if you have to eat soon. No problem everyone ;)
