In ragnarok in the highlands there are fingers sticking out of the ground in the middle there is a trench use a flyer to lure the giga into the trench then one person goes in one side the other group goes on the opposite side, don’t fall in and shoot away until it gets knocked.

If it comes out one of the ends fly on top of one of the fingers then lure it back into the trench but only move if it is actually out of the trench. There are Ovis near the trench use mutton

Let me tell you:

1.Titannosaur is kinda like god on ark(but u can tame it)

2.Giga is demon

3.grifin is angel

So that mean you have tame one of this royal animal

What u need to tame giga:

1. Griffin or royal griffin on mobile

2. Long neck rifle(shocking darts) and cross bow (toxiana just in case ur rifle broke)

3. Meat or prime meat,

What u need to do:

1. Fly to giga

2. Shoot shocking darts at giga on griffin cuz u can

3. Repeat till knocked out or if ur long neck broke

4. If long neck broke, use cross bow with toxiana ammo

5. Once knocked out, feed it prime or raw, prime does about 15%, while raw does about 5%

6. Tame

TIPP: if your on mobile and ur giga is raged, then simply reload ur game. It also works on de aggroing neutral dinos and for stealing eggs

If you NEED to kill a wild one with a mount, try to trap it in a taming cage then use an Allo/Carno/Thylo bleed. Or if you have a juiced up thylo, you can run in a circle and bite its ankles, but this is hard and risky to do.

The retarded stuff about the giga is its stamina, it's food, and it's melee damage(0.4 melee dmg per lvl!)

Bring a trap. I tried taming it without one and died 10 times.

I would suggest a griffin, or teksuit so you can fly in the air, and still shoot without being bitten.

why isn't there a platform saddle for this

So im playing on singerplayer mode and im lvl 70 well im pretty new means this double xp thing got me here anyways from the first day i heard about giga when i was checking Dododex I thought it would be a pretty cool dino to have well today i finally found one near the snow mountain so i used the 4 gates and a bear trap strategy and knocked it out , it was lvl 20 and had like 80k hp i was so excited but after taming it its hp went down to 17 k n 30% attack and the lvl was 29 i thought it was somekind of bug so i came to Dododex and found out about this huge rip-off ..... btw on my way back to base it took 4 hits of my giga to killvl 28 scorp lol

Grab a friend and an argintavis that has about 10,000 health. get on the argi and pick up your friend make them go In 3rd person. shoot the crap out of it with tranq darts loaded into a long neck rifle

If you use the four gate method then you can trap the giga by freezing it with a snow owl if you think you can do it. I have tamed several gigas using this method.
