After taming, giganotosaurus without imprinting is weak. You can tame and breed tyrannosaurs much faster and their stats will be much higher. The 150 rex of the third or fourth generation with imprinting can fight off a pair of tamed giganotosaurus. But wild giga is stronger than everyone.

Get all your buddies on a quetzal platform saddle with shocking tranqs. It’ll agro on the quetz and y’all light that sucker up

In extinction if you want to fight a boss I recommend you go to the forbidden zone were you battle king titan the forbidden zone has loads of corrupted creatures even corrupted gigas you can farm corrupted gigas and wyverns and Rex's and possibly reapers and rock drakes well I think recommended gear is an enforcer the level 200 or higher. They do 4× the damage to corrupted creatures also make sure you have a tribe mate or tribemates with you dont go alone that's suicide because of the huge amount of corrupted gigas. Up if you thank me for telling you this if you didnt know.

Even if you somehow manage to knock this thing out beware of its 1-3 minute timer in which it will wake up. It also has such a high torpidity drain that feeding it plain narcoberries will just make the torpidity pause instead of increase. Get ready to spend all you time making narcotics.

Speaking of Gigas I know a really good way to get to high Lvl in a instant. If you tame a giga just go to the wyvern canyon and juggle a egg between your inventory and the Gigas. Then the a wyvern will attack you then just hit the munch button. *level up available!*

I made the wrong decision by thinking it can’t reach me on top of a behemoth gateway boy was I wrong it was a lvl 120 as well!!!

When want to kill, just let it aggro on you then go to the nearest shoreline. Make sure it doesn’t lose aggro and is still following you. Flying mount will be good, and an aquatic tame 500 meters away or more to keep safe. Lure into water, wait for it to drown then go to aquatic tame (basil might be good) then eat him.

I was wandering around with my moschops and got sneak attacked by this guy. RIP my moschops and RIP me. In other words, there are no ways to escape.

How to tame:

1. Use a Tapejara (my fave) and stick to the side of a mountain (it must be flat)

2. Start trancing the giga

3. Bring Quetz Kibble or meat for da giga

4. 123 boom u have an Alpha Compy.

Easy tame on Fjordur. Find em on Volcano Island, near the tar pits. Get you a Desmodus, (make sanguine elixir). Clear the area around it of all creatures. When its health takes damage, it'll will eat whatever it sees. After that's done, latch onto a surface somewhere above its head, out of reach. Plug away with shocking tranq darts. Use biotoxin to keep it knocked out. Exceptional kibble, plus sanguine elixir. Ride off into the sunset together, killing everything in the way.

Keep in mind that the giga gets NERFED when you tame it. Also, if you're playing on casual on mobile (like I do lol) don't tame low level ones! Especially if their damage is 100% because their damage is subtracted by 80%!

I managed to knock out a lvl 210 and..I dont have anywhere near enough narcotics. I brought Abt 200 bio toxin. That was very stupid. I might as well give up
