Design - you want to put the bill boards in a square so one infront of the giga, to its right, left, and behind. Place 3 bill boards like this |_| and 2 bear traps in the trap, then lead the giga to the trap and put one billboard behind it. Then just knock it out and tame it.

Dude the first time I saw one of these I was like WOW that thing is HUGE. But I got too close and poof there goes my hardcore world

I recommend using the hunt giga pursuit to find one and tame it, without using the pursuit I had looked around for about a week and wasn’t able to find one. So if you don't want to spend forever trying to find one, use the pursuit

Place 3 metal dinosaur gateways in a “U” formation, then put a large bear trap in the middle. Next, simply get it to aggro on you and follow you into the trap, once it’s snagged on the bear trap, move behind it and seal off the entrance with a fourth gateway!

The best advice for fighting a giga, don’t. In the wild they do 500 or more damage and have 80000 health and the only hope you have of killing one is luring it into deep water with a flyer and flying away to let it drown.

You can run away from them safely if there are other wild dino around for the giga to chomp

If you are mining iron on mountain,be sure to use arge and fly around to lookout for one, if you cleared then mine the iron

Seriously, these guy are just easy to avoid,they big as hell so there no way you will get suprise by one and also(in mobile i think) the game will also tell you about dangerous dino nearby so dont worry and feel free to get those iron

If you want a tame giga that almost as strong as wild giga then just breed 2 high lv giga then fully imprint the baby

Sure it will take hours of gaming so be sure to imprint the baby then wait for it next care, while you are waiting you can do other thing like do your homeworks or housework or simply play other game to make good use of your time,just be sure that you check the baby giga often so it wont starve to death

Step 1: get yourself a decent damage and health mosa Or tuso

Step 2: bait the giga near to the ocean

Step 3: and just grind with your aquatic giants

That's how you easily kill an apex predator

To kill a gigas (this is a late game strategy) have plenty of element with a tek chest plate and tek rifle, now fly up and hover to where the gigs can’t bite you and open fire with the rifle. No need for any type of votes I really don’t care 👍

But most importantly he kill all your tames.

Tamed one with just raw meat and only 2 pieces of prime took me so long bruh my iPad was 100% and then it was 28% like what the hell bro also I found another giga next to it that desapwned 5 seconds late I saw 2 female giga chilling at the obelisk sadly the giga I tamed was female too.

There’s an extremely easy trap to well trap it it’s made out of metal with metal gate frames so place 3 [_] than lure the giga into the middle where it gets trapped by the large bear trap and while it’s trapped quickly place the 4 one behind it so it does not escape and boom you have trapped a giga.

I was on the volcaneo and a giga spawned in and one shot me and my bird and I was level 65 up = 1 prayer for my bird

This is not a rex. It may have fooled me once and killed three of my dinos and made my colorful argy(from the easter event) run away forever(i put her on passive flee to save her when i saw it was a losing battle), but this thing here wont ever fool me again. Not. A. Rex.

I recommend to bring an argentavis or wyvern to knock out this guy. Make sure to bring alot of tranq darts and things to repair your riffle. For the food use mutton or prime meat. Hope this helped🙂

I was on the island on mobile (just playing around with god console, checked all of the mountains, and after 2 hours of searching found one that had made it all the way to the red obelisk.

Build a trap using 1 behemoth metal gateway (and gate) and 5 smaller metal gateways arranged in a semi-circle pattern with the smaller gates curving around the behemoth gate. Place a large bear trap towards the opposite edge of the behemoth gate.

Lure the giga into the trap. This is way easier said than done however… The Giga is very unpredictable in its attention span frequently switching targets to another wild dino, it also has unpredictable pathing and sometimes struggles trying to walk around large rocks. Furthermore… The Giga is incredibly fast despite what appearances might lead you to believe, it can easily chase down an Argent and most other dinos not leveled into movement speed.

I advise luring either with a movement speed focused character (use mindwipe tonic and pump into around 300% movement speed), a Galimimus (DON’T GET HIT!) or an Argentavis with at the bear minimum 1,500 HP (The Giga deals 500 damage base with its bite and can attack twice in a short span of time, if you get hit begin flying up and out of reach). Lure the giga into the bear trap and run behind to seal the gate while the Giga is stuck.

Bring plenty of shocking darts and either multiple primitve or a single high quality longneck rifle. The Giga has extraordinarily high topor so it will take a long time even with sustained fire to knock if out.

It isn’t over yet… The Giga is a problem even when KOed. It drains topor really fast and you need to come prepared with stacks of biotoxin or narcotics and carefully watch its topor. I advise starve taming for maximum taming effectiveness and using Exceptional kibble to cut down the time it takes to tame.

To kill this beast lure it to the valley by oasis and trap it in middle get on the highest side and shot it with ascendant weapons it was easy
