Fun fact gigas are so difficult to find than quetzal

(In easy mode)

3. Bring ascendant longneck rifle

4. Bring gallimimus with 150% speed for bait

5. Make giga follow gallimimus while tribe darts on quetzal

6. Once KO put kibble or raw prime meat (or mutton)

7. Make saddle

8. Level up to 140+

9. Tame another to breed

10. Level up mate to 140+

11. Breed

12. Imprint 100%

13. Level up offspring to 350

14. Brag about your giga

15. DESTROY YOUR ENEMIES!!! >:D

I once found a level 150 giga I shot for an hour and then it pass out.

Rex has a tek saddle but gigs doesn't? The heck wildcard?

That would make it overpowered even with the taming nerf. Sniper gigas? Great idea. Let me just make it impossible for medium players to build bases.

If you are trying to tame this solo, it's best to lure one to a natural rock formation and near a cliff so if it tries to run it won't be able to run up the cliff and if you want to block it even more you can put some Dino gates down and knock it out but be careful because it has a big bite rage

Its only purpose is to kill as many things as possible

It takes me a long time to tame them

you need 200 biotoxic minimum to tame giga

Bug on official right now the torpor will drop even if your slamming narcotics. Fix to this is starve tame and it will be nice and easy to keep asleep.

I have a 100% imprinted Giga, 4 hours wasted or put to good use…

But anyway, imprinted Giga are awesome, each imprint gives your Giga ( or at least mine ) About 1000 health each time you imprint it as well as plus 1% melee dmg.

One fully imprinted I’m walking around with about 33,645 or so thin like that, and also leveled up it’s melee dmg giving it 230%!

Imprinted Giga are op. ( I find my Rex’s to be better tho )

How to tame an oversized Rex:

1-Tame a Raptor and mount it

2-Get a large amount of narcotics/bio toxins

3-Find a Giga (mostly found in mountains)

3-Sneak around its legs and put metal gateways, you can also put a large trap for it not to easily escape

4-Knock out by using 60-70 toxicant arrows with compound/crossbow or 50-60 tranq darts with longneck

5-Put all the narcotics/bio toxins you have and give it prime meat or kibble

6-If your on mobile give 3x,10x or 15x soothing balm (best option)

7-Feed it the narcotics/bio toxins if its torpor is decreasing

8-You have yourself a monster than can one shot a low level bronto!

You can tame these with eqqus if you pump mellow into them I just did it.

I had full roit armor a lvl 43 giga almost three shot me and my argiy died lvl 111 rip Flappy😢

Don't try to fool them or try to play smart . I used my argentavis to do so but I Had to then tame a new argentavis BTW he had almost 4500 HP

56 metal double doors

24 metal ramps.

you now have a perma giga trap to lure them into.

build it in giga spawning zones.

you'll need a few gigas if you want to breed the best.

Reply to the person that said they needed 13 darts with their master craft rifle: Don’t trust Dododex. Bring at least 200 darts for a level 30. Took 90 darts for a level 18.

Grab an argent with or over 970 melee. And make sure it has a LOT of stamina and maybe some good health. What you gotta do is flank it. Once you get close enough, it's turn radius will not allow it to hit you if you go after the legs/flank/tail base. This is how I killed the lvl 5 that lurked too close to home. Took about 10-15 minutes but was worth it. def gonna be breeding argies.

I haven't encountered another one yet. But next time i want to try a thyla with health and melee [imprinted ofc] cause ofthe bleed.

Oh! And be careful! Least with my stats, the lvl 5 did 301 per hit. Sheesh.

Plus, sometimes it will run, so that wastes stamina but you get some free hits.

To escape just fly up and find a peak, regain stam, repeat. Also helps if you get it stuck in a hole or somewhere where you can attack the back, so maybe a tame trap for a giga.
