I behemoth traps to tame th animal

On Ragnarok map in the Highlands by the Red Obelisk there is a river flowing down from the volcano area to the ocean. Just before it gets to the ocean there is an old stone bridge that is part of the map and cannot be destroyed. It is the perfect dimensions to place a metal behemoth gate flush inside it. Go far enough upriver for the Giga to move around a bit and place metal pillars across the river. Everyone in our alliance uses this gate trap to capture and kill or tame Gigas. You just land upriver, walk to within 20ish yds of the pillars, and fire away until the Giga is unconscious

If you are trying to tame this solo, it's best to lure one to a natural rock formation and near a cliff so if it tries to run it won't be able to run up the cliff and if you want to block it even more you can put some Dino gates down and knock it out but be careful because it has a big bite rage

If you are on mobile ane playing Easy difficulty... Just waste time on him its not worth it... Wild Giga can one bite and kill your dino but once you tame him (which is way difficult because of his fastest torpor drain) he even fail to kill a Patchy or Dodo in one bite 😭 I am on lvl 75 and made saddle using expensive resources... This dino is sh!t once tamed ❌

Me and my friend were trying to get wyverns on rag when we found a Giga. Don’t judge us we were you and nieve so we lured it in the trench! Little did we know it did in fact kill all the wyverns so we grab all the eggs unfortunately we ran out of Stam… It was a bloody battle

How to tame on mobile:

You need: 1 Stone Behemoth Gate set, Ascendant Rifle or Crossbow, some tranq ammo, Soothing balm, 50 Bio Toxin, Quetzal Kibble (2 just in case)

1. Go on your argy and find a Giga near the BLUE Obelisk.

2. Lure it to one of the big rocks in the Obelisk. (This will act as the other Behemoth Gateway.)

3. DO NOT UNMOUNT!!! Once the Giga is in the rock, place the Behemoth Gateway and Gate.

4. Sleep. (Optional)

5. Shoot it with your tranq ammo. (Shoot every 3-5 seconds!)

6. Apply Soothing Balm.

7. Feed Bio Toxin and Kibble.

8. Congrats! You tamed a Giga!

You tame it by running into its mouth with a tranq darts 0 out of 10 would not recommend

*FOR LEVEL 5 AND BELLOW GIGAS*

Grab an argent with or over 970 melee. And make sure it has a LOT of stamina and maybe some good health. What you gotta do is flank it. Once you get close enough, it's turn radius will not allow it to hit you if you go after the legs/flank/tail base. This is how I killed the lvl 5 that lurked too close to home. Took about 10-15 minutes but was worth it. def gonna be breeding argies.

I haven't encountered another one yet. But next time i want to try a thyla with health and melee [imprinted ofc] cause ofthe bleed.

Oh! And be careful! Least with my stats, the lvl 5 did 301 per hit. Sheesh.

Plus, sometimes it will run, so that wastes stamina but you get some free hits.

To escape just fly up and find a peak, regain stam, repeat. Also helps if you get it stuck in a hole or somewhere where you can attack the back, so maybe a tame trap for a giga.

Honestly. I'll never see myself taming one. The rage on it makes me scared. [I'm a wuss, I know.] But good luck, hope I helped!

They spawn in the highlands and desert on ragnarok, if you go to the highlands to tame an equus be careful of gigas

Unless you are charging with a giga that’s is imprinted and popped at atleast 480 melee before imprint with a crafted saddle you’ll still be screwed, we charged a wild level 100 with two of our go gas and barely made it away with both

How do you get to other islands also this guy is almost the most powerful thing in the game he will destroy you and your tribe mates btw always bring like 1,000,000 tribe mates and I don’t know everyone should have something at least as good as a dragon if not better or your dead also I basically mean anything better or the same as a dragon but not a dragon so this is hard to beat
