I am on lost island on Xbox and finally found a hive but after hitting and destroying it no bees came out. Don’t know if they’re bugged or not but I’m playing single player. 46.8/58.2 were the cords of the hive

If the bees are flying to high up, you can also try eating a rare flower to make the bees argo towards you, beware of other passive dinos attacking you though!

Use titan to break hive then put flowers in the bee butt

When taming u must destroy while nest also wait for the queen to go low. BEWARE bees knock u of your mount

Get a relatively high attack Argentavis. Fly up to the hive and attack it then fly away and turn around and hit the bee's that come after you. Repeat until destroyed. Easy

easily found in all redwood biomes fly around and have a look and you will find it. i shot it with rockets while on a quetz and tamed it from there

The best way to destroy the hive is by using a low level trike.

Where do you find a giant bee hive

If you see a queen bee on her own with no hive just use a ghille suit with bug reppelent with a rare flower at the end of your inventory and slowly approach it until you see the tame button and congratulations youve got a bee hive

Make sure the bee is facing you in order to feed it.

These bees don’t mess around they almost killed a dragon with like 30 of them

Giant bees have a certain range that you can shoot play the hive and the bees well die before they can hit you do this with 2 or 3 crossbows craft a bunch of arrows and get ghille and bug repellent rare flowers of simple kibble this will take time but it’s worth it

1 rare flower can tame a queen bee so crafting simple kibble isn't needed.

So these guys don't show up on Gen 2 because of some bug so basically free honey and if u want them spawn them in with commands

I've destroyed 3 hives with nothing but a boomerang. It usually takes about 3 boomerangs on average, but I've gone through 5 before on one hive so just make a bunch of them and go at it for 15 minutes. Unfortunately neither of te hives I have attack have had a queen in them though.

Ark primitive, when I turn a queen into a hive, I can’t put any rare flowers in it. Access inventory menu not there.
