3.KO it

4.give it a berry

5.allow it to wake up

6.feed it some more berries

7.tame a female

8.breed male with female

9.when baby is born,go feed it

10.now u have a small one,why not upgrade oxygen so it can fly longer when its an adult?

These things don't spawn on the lost island don't waste your resources on a saddle

I FOUND A AMAZING STRATEGY FOR DEFEATING GASBAGS!Get a wyvern and start flying,which will force the gas bags to deflate because they will try to attack you.When they deflate from flying,they have a stunned cooldown to inflate,meaning that they can't attack!

I have one of these but how do you go back down to the ground without taking any fall damage?

You dont need a trap to tame it i just shot it with my tranqs with my crossbow like 20 times and it fell asleep. Mejoberries is the easiest food to get to tame it.

A tip for those new to gasbag taming: you can lure them into traps by getting its attention with smaller creatures such as a snow owl

they are on astreos on the lava island btw

Gas bags on asa are harder to tame because they fly higher and longer bring a griffin or tame you can trank off the back of that flys. It makes it much easier
