Gallimimus are exceptionally fast but fragile creatures that flee quickly, so hunters should strike decisively, while tamers should first secure one in a small enclosure. Carefully use low-damage tranquilizers with pauses between shots, then feed preferred herbivore foods and maintain its torpor while protecting it throughout the process. Once tamed, it serves as a swift scouting, travel, escape, and multi-passenger mount, though its poor durability and handling on rough terrain require caution.

For me it was pain in the ass to tame one.
Usseles if you are looking for strong and powerfull dino but they have some speed, can carry decent amount of stuff, and their saddle has three seats meaning you can bring your tribemates.
1. Bola it and use tranq arrows to knock it out.
WODDEN CLUB WILL NOT WORK IT WILL KILL IT NOT KNOCK OUT IT.
2. Use mejoberries to tame it or dimetrodon kibble.
Use narcoberries since they are effective and cheapest tranqulizier to get.
3.Once you got it name it.
Mine is called Lighting Mcqueen since it has speed and lots of stamina.
