Whatever you do, do not challenge them they are the strongest creature in the game and run when you hit them because you’re not worthy. Never mess with the mimus!

Don’t use bolas they are useless

Even though they used to bolas no longer work on them it migbt have come with a patch for genisis or just an update bust still WHY YOU DO THIS WILDCARD

When taming I only needed 3 tranq arrows with a crossbow one in the head one in the lower neck and one right in the centre body if you wait 3 or so seconds in between your shots Itshould go unconscious but I didn’t manage to tame it because the torpor level lowers extremely quick. Don’t make the same mistake as me make sure you have narcoberries or narcotics don’t use more tranq arrows becauseyou might accidentally kill it

Use bio toxin to keep it unconscious (use bola to make it be grounded)use tranps to knock out

Large bear traps can stop them, so build a little cage with fences and a trap in the middle, lead them in using rare flowers (make sure to clear the area before eating the flower) then just KO after blocking it in.

Bola doesn't work use the lymantria then build a pen

Simple dino gate trap, open top. Grab with argie, drop in pen. Bola to hold still, tranq with darts. Use A LOT of Narcos. Be mindful of it's health. Maybe use an Owl to heal it between darts or after it's unconscious.

Just tame and KO the lowest lvl

You cant catch others unless you are rich in tools and other stuff

It does not take 6 narcs! I just tamed a level two and it took me 43 narcotics!

I hate taming these because they are in the redwoods I lost my iguanodon going to the redwoods to get a gali I got stuck on a rock then baryonx killed my iguanodon

FASTER Then fast just to fast. Traq darts.

Watch out if trying to tame with tranq arrows because it may end up dying I would recommend using tranq darts.

lv1-3 takes two shots to the head with a crossbow(tranq arrows) you are going to need a lot of narcotics it feels like u need more than 50, if u crash a lot its not worth it Cruz they wake up way too fast. "";-,","?`€●¡•¡¤¥•₩

You can emobilize them with a Bola
