03/30/2020 I tamed a 150 ferox that came out to 224 but after cryo it reverted back to a 150 and stayed that way.

Eat element while looking at Ferox to feed it

You can knock them out and feed them berry’s but I think it will get patched soon

Place a sleeping bag outside of the cave.

Feed it an element,die, repeat.

It actually takes e seeds for a 145. It might be 4 for a 150. Keep extra on you just incase.

It takes 2 element to tame this creature. After you feed it the first one it gets big and will try to kill you for 30-40 seconds. If u survive u just need to feed it one more time and it’s done

U can just ko and feed it berries as of right now. Might be patched, takes like 20secs

Knock it out with a crossbow or longneck

When looking for ferox’s, got to the east of the snow biome, where you find constant snowstorm, and if you have a BogSpider/BloodStalker then you can use spider vision to see the creatures/ferox’s in the snowstorm, then get out your crossbow and KO the ferox, and but a stack of mejo’s in, and voila, this is easier than doing the element bait, since there is no risk of death, and you can find them even with almost 0 visibility because of spider vision.

The ferox can be found in snow biomes with element nodes

The seed is bot a good food for them I tamed a 145 with y seed and had a 23%effect

You can tame them with about 1-2 trank arrows and 1-2 mejos

When Breeding they must be 100% addicted to Element, once completed continue giving them more to keep addiction though out mating.

You can mock them out and feed berries to tame it you don’t need element to tame.

DONT TRY TAMING WITH ELEMENT it doesn’t work ATM just knock it out as it’s baby form only takes 30 seconds for a high level

I’m on Xbox and I tried leveling it while in big form it wouldn’t let me and it also decreased my levels on it (tamed out at a lvl 194 and after transforming it it just went to lvl 134

2 element dos not tame all level of detox just had a 85 and put 3 in to it and didnt tame so others know

Element in last slot, use button as if you were to consume it whilst standing in front of small ferox, be warned once fed it will transform and go on a rage until it passes out once awake it will be ready to feed again. Continue until tamed.
