Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a fasolasuchus? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a fasolasuchus.
When riding its back try to hit bigger rocks and metal nodes to get more torpor
They have to be tamed by blowing them out of the ground using bombs and driving them into the rocks I feel like it will be like a mini game.
Hitting stones gets your control ip, but does nothing to raise torpor. Hitting metal will raise torpor, but there's not much metal in the desert! I ride along hitting stone to get control looking for metal, but after so long it will just knock you off and then you have to run away fast and get a tame out quickly! Not an easy tame like the videos tell you it is.
Find a sand pile, blowup sand pile, mount, run into rocks and bones, avoid cliffs and water. Takes forever
A 140 on times 3 took us 5 kibble to tame we used the best kibble tho
Easy tame on abberation go to surface around when reapers don't spawn(forgot timezone) and kite it to entrance either aggro it or give it a wakeup call with explosives and all entrances have metal nodes so it'll be easier to knock it out and nothing will attack it.
For taming hitting metal nodes with it adds more torpor than salt nodes do
150 took 6 Exceptional kibble on 3x to tame out to 224
Spawn code for this is incorrect on here, this is the actual code for a tamed one! Your welcome :P
GMsummon "fasola_ Character_BP_C" 150
Not sure how it will be ingame yet, but according to the submission, it will live in Scorched Earth (and likely desert regions of other maps) and be similar to the bloodstalker in terms of sacrificing tames for effectiveness. The fasolasuchus takes great joy in crunching up armored creatures, so you must sacrifice tames such as carbonemys, stego, kentro (the fasola won’t be damaged) and rock elemental (it’s the most effective). It will be waiting with its jaws open in the sand, so send your tame over and watch it get thrashed. You get more effectiveness for more durable creatures, so investing health points and strong saddles will help. You can sacrifice more creatures for better taming effectiveness. Once you’re happy with the taming effectiveness, simply knock it out and feed (I’m assuming it won’t lose effectiveness when being tranqed). Thank you for reading 😁

1. Wait for it to crawl in the desert, then throw a grenade at it
2.it will go out and it would be a little dizzy that's when you have to go and ride it
3.control it to hit rocks and the torpor would start getting higher (metal + crystal do much more than normal rocks and probably also others like obsidian or sulfur would do the same) and try to not get stuck or fall because you'll have to do 1 and 2 again same happens when you stop bumping into rocks for a while and do the same until it's knocked out
4. Feed it raw mutton or exceptional kibble
5.bonus tip , before starting go on a flyer and mark every pile of metal and crystal you see in the desert,a 150 even with hitting a lot of metal and crystal rocks still took more than an hour imagine doing it all with normal rocks
1. Idk, feed it or something
2. Let it be tamed
3. Its tamed.
4. Put in base to never be used again
Pain in the but to tame takes hours.
Hey guys if you are looking to tame on aberration there’s a certain time of day where no reapers and nameless spawn(BTW they spawn on surface) and with all the element nodes oil nodes and obsidian nodes and the special time zone it makes taming these a breeze. And the aberrant versions look SOOOOO much cooler. Plus aberration is heavy on Ovis. I recommend if you have the dlc bringing a cosmo. Anyway that’s all guys happy taming

There are orange rocks by wyvern trench with a couple metal best place I found to knock them out at. I got a lvl 140 the other day doing so
Negatives:
.High levels take forever to tame
.They just randomly disappear
.If you have heatstroke you can’t run up to them to ride them
Positives:
.Gathers flint
So basically the way u tame this is to wait for it to dig down under the sand and make what looks like
a mound. Once its under toss a grenade or c4 on the mound and bliw it out of the ground. Itll become stunned for only a few seconds so youll have to be quick. Run up and press whatever prompt it gives u and start riding it. Once on it has a control meter that will go down decently quick. Youll have to drive it into rocks to build up that control meter again and the torpor meter aswell. It will take a very long time to knock out but once it does you feed it normally. The denser the rock the better to drive it into.

ressource nodes give a lot more torpor than regular stones. and the salt and bone deposits in the deep desert have very little obstacles around to dismount you...
I don’t think it will have the ability’s that it had in the vote. The reason for that is because wildcard has rarely kept the ability’s of Dinos from votes. some might make it through but as we saw with the rhynio almost none of the ability’s were mentioned in the dossier if not none. So I’m excited for it being added I put it at the top of my vote list and I hope your excited too. :)
This tip is for anyone having trouble taming high level ones on consle, I was having trouble with taming my 135 last night too but there is a way. If you look on your map there is like very small little patches of green or black a lot of those little splotches contain salts nodes with do work so if you try to go from patch to patch hitting salt eventually you will get it, it may take more explosives that usual though so make sure to stock up hope this helps
