You need 1 soothing balm and 20 prime to tame. Dont listen to dododex you totally can came them. Just be careful of other sea creatures. Use toxicant and crossbow and you’ll be fine. If they die, or so it says, they are actually unconsious. But if you hit it again it actually dies. Hoped it helped!

These guys are the way to farm black Pearl, i use my plesio to aggro on ammonite and everything in the area will come, and usually eurypterids come in packs and i just kill them and harvest them with my plesio i usually got a lot of black Pearl, about 10 black pearls in one.

These things can't swim so stay above in the water and shoot them with a crossbow and don't get stung you'll fall asleep intantly

If you're new to this game, you can't tame these, but if you're too sad you can't tame it, use the forcetame command

Also to tame it use your fists normal weapons dont work
