On asa since they don’t spawn with a level if you have a base harpoon gun it’s like 1 shot and you can just sit above them and kill them. Forgot how much torpor they do good lord. One hit instantly sky rocketed my torpor to 200. Like seriously almost instantly.

It says it’s torpor is zero. Does that mean you can hit it with a tranq and just gtfo/kill it?

I was farming silica pearl and saw three i say okay i go near them that was the worst decision i have ever made in my life i got knock out at 124 oxy i do big brain and reloag i survive but i will never hop of my basi at this place never again

Ichthyosauruses(dolphins) are immune to satan's lobster's torpor effect!!

on mobile use an itchy because itchy are immune to torpor ad u can kill it

How to kill:

1) go to creative/or admin command “god”

2)if you want the “forcetame”

3)if you don’t kill them for revenge for killing you.

These aren't limited to under the water, and can float over rocks. If they manage to melee you, you're probably going to be knocked out by their tranq and slowly killed. They're easy to kill at range if you're smart, and very much worth it for the chitin and silica, so just be careful to either have a tamed Dino nearby or to stay at range

So you know you can crab claws from the crabs on aberration I think we should be able to get lobster tails from these

And also I think we should be able to make a crab cook or something

These other tips are right that they can knock you out quick but i LOVE these things for pearls and chitin. Just bring an army of sarcos and it’ll be a breeze. The sarcos will eventually go unconscious but if you have enough you can kill them all before that happens. There are a lot of them in Vikings bay, so easy chitin/pearls.

Use a crossbow to lure them on to land (can be done) then kill them and harvest with a chainsaw, gives 80 black pearls on a 10 boosted and 78 or eight on normal
