Stay awayyy...especially Viking Bay by the sunken boat on Rag...

Beware! If playing on Ragnarok, and happen upon at the west beach of Viking Bay, this Devil Lobster will levitate toward you and violently deflower your soul. The dark lord taketh!

If you happen to be at Viking bay never, I mean absolutely never have one of these follow you to dry land as you’ll soon realize they can survive and infest Viking bay, thus breaking the server

BE CAREFUL WITH THE TORPOR! It make a lot of torpor per sting

I have yet to see what this thing looks like, it isn't here on dododex and I have never seen it in game. I'm not gonna Google it until I actually get killed by one one day. My tribe member got killed by one and she was stacked so I hope these things are badass or I just have a really bad tribe member lol

Tip for encountering these guys;

Run.

It will paralyse you amd eat you alive. Stay away at all costs. If it comes out of the water (i dont know if this is a glitch or not) then it is scared of fire so have a torch in hand.

They are the worst, stay away from them, they can fully torpor you in 1-2 bites and they slowly kill you then

Stay away they look like little lobsters and they do torpo damage

Not even riot armor protects againts these.vampires of the sea. I had a riot chestpiece on once and a 130 1-tap knocked me then had me for a nighttime snack.

Viking bay + chainsaw = silica pearls, black pearls, chitin and oil......

Will knock you out if not careful use crossbow to drag out of water

Kill these to get Black Pearls mass kill them.

Bring stimulating or you or your mount will go nanight

These buggers spawn around the shipwreck in Viking bay

Becareful, not too fast but they knock me out with one hit

On the island will they only spawn at the seafloor as far away from land as possible. Kill them on site and harvest their bodies. They will often drop black perls.

Don’t let these guys hit you. Use long ranged weapons like crossbows and spearguns.

They are found at the bottom of the ocean (island and ragnarok, not sure about the center), they are great for farming black pearls as they yield a few per, however, make sure you fight them on a water Dino that has a lot of torpor and avoid it’s hits, as it deals pretty powerful torpor to the player and their mount.
