Exceptional kibble works better than carrots

If you need to find some and you’re on the Fjordur map, I found 8 or so of them in the cave at 28.8 39.8 in the fall region, it’s inside the cave. Although apparently they can spawn outside the cave, but they’ve just been inside for me.

Was harder to tame than a griffin for me!!! You can’t knock it out and its sooo sensitive… I used a minor balm and about 70 ish carrots because of mishaps in order to tame it and a 2x2 stone structure to contain it because this little stubborn Zebra horse prefers to run into allosauruses than be tamed!!! I also used 16 stone door frames around the base then used my Argy named insomnia (Idk why but it fit) to carry it into the cage which takes a lot of aim and is a challenge on mobile… anyways after 8 dilo kibbles and 70 ish carrots it decided to start losing tame progress as it tamed!!!! So annoying!!! Anyways I did finally tame the little beast! I wish you all luck!!! And recommend you have at least 15 dilo kibble on you or 100-130 carrots because they go bad fast on you to tame this little thing…

Make it have a weight reduction for Narcotics

The person who said to use the tame Equus pursuit is right but you have to be careful because there are raptors

I found two; Tried to tame; They choose death by the same carno🤣. If “You won't take me alive were a horse.”

They can kill Doedicurus when they are balled up! It might take quite a few kicks, but helpful if they start to destroy your base.

It is great for knocking out other dinosaurs

Crunch any carnivores around them before attempting to hop on and tame, because they WILL find the nearest raptor or carno to get themselves (and probably also you) chomped rather than allow themselves to be tamed.

Here's a. Quick tip they love berry's especially mejoberrus and there very useful for traveling they also run away if you get to close the are located at the very middle of the map

I haven’t tamed any Equus yet this is for taming food

I would get an iguanodon and give it a rocarrot or whatever it’s called tap it to get the seed get a medium crop plot and plant it in there after about 10 mins or something it should be a fruitling then it will give the carrots I’ve done this I have almost 3 stacks of the carrots I need to find an Equus tho which sux cause I have a hard time taming and finding stuff so I hoped it helped a bit!

Req:lvl 10, eats rockarats or however you spell em. Its secondary attk (for me LT on xbox and i believe its L2 for ps4, im not sure for pc) deals topor damage (I tamed a Trike, Pachy, Sabertooth and P.T) so i recommend for beginners i play on Ragnarok so they can be found Highlands NE. When I tamed one on ASA I learned the lasso engram.

I found out that in ark mibile if you put a auto clicker over the jump button you can go super sonic speed and hop on water

Whatever u do bring more rock carrots do not listen to the game bring 27 rockcarrots they usually eat 2 at a time

They knock out stuff really well, I’ve tamed a wooly rhino and an argentavis without even needing narc arrows bc of the equus, plus they gather narc berries pretty well so you can knock out AND keep the animals asleep with just an equus

You don't need to make saddles for these to actually ride them
