Spawn on abbaration but dont plant it there. You lose the seed. Because you can't use them on that map.So you can't raise them

Don't forget if you see an elder claw with the baby. Kill the baby. Also they drop a seed also

For everyone trying to figure out corpse blossoms. You only need to kill things (you don't need an active totem) and it's got a low chance of creating one, you then need to jump off and harvest it by hand. I found a really easy way was to have an angry queen bee or bee hive and kill the giant bees they spawn, since there are a lot of them it procs pretty quickly and can proc multiple times. Also the higher level the more materials the blossom produces.
