Idk if this happens to every one but…

I was riding on my ichy exploring when I saw this thing,it was a decent level white and green female, so I tamed it,and I named it Willow,Me and Willow got tons of metal,oil,and rock, and we also got a lot of meg teeth. But then it happened…(I play mobile and single)This happens to me every time I download and play Ark, it deletes my progress and and I spawn at a different island, next thing I now when I get to the island I lived on, every this wild… usually most of my creatures die and I go to check my water pets. I find my two ichys dead (tsunami= white and green female, riptide= black and red male), my manta(Cloudwave=blue green and white male) and my two sharks(Jaws= orange and white male, and Lagoon= teal red and black female)

The only two creatures that lived was Willow and my bas( Big chungus=sapphire and teal and gray male)

I stared in rage to see that most of my hard earned work just-POOF!

Pls fix this glitch thingy, im tired of losing every thing! 🆙 if this happens to you😤
