Best for harvesting element dust

I don’t know if anyone else has realized but these things are absolute gods for cave explorations. The gigantopithecus is good for all of them but arctic cave explorations. The doedicurus can simply roll over fodder for its xp right into your unfound dossiers and needed artifact. Once I took out an entire cave in under five minutes with one of these badasses. They’re fast, tanky, insane atk, good knockback, and extremely agile. They’re even faster in water just so yall know. These also have high torpor. Mine is level 228 and we went into lava cave and absolutely destroyed EVERYTHING. Every single thing. EVERYTHING. These are medium weight mules high atk and hp tanks and insane racers they’ve got good Stam too. It’s insane how good they are.

A doed, an anky, and a beaver can get u gunpowder in no time.

This combined with an anky will give u a lifetime of sparkpowder. Just use berries as fuel.

It can farm massive elementdust, cristal and electronics at extinction on tables and lanterns on the Sanctuarys. Best dino for that. Skill meeleedamage for massive more efficiency!

Use on extinction to gather element dust and crystal from lamp posts and tables. If you have a crab (argy or quetz also work) you can quickly solo run ele dust (I got about 15k in an hour on 1x). You just have to put the doedicurus on wander and carry him near a lamp with your other tame. Make sure you empty him every 2-3 swings or he will overencumber on crystal and won't swing automatically any more. Of course he also cannot be on follow or he won't auto swing either.

If you carry this with an argentavis, quetzal, wyvern, or karkinos, it will swing and gather stone when in front of a rock until it is encumbered. Upvot3 for everyone to see!

Pair a doedic with a casteriodes and you are unstopable

If you read the small print at the end of the page it the doedic can harvest obsidian from sertain rocks like the obsidian rocks on the volcano on the island

Put this guy on attack my target and pick it up with a high weight argy. When you hover a rock he will hit it. Makes it a lot easier to get a lot of stone in one go.

They dont collect metal only stone.

Tame a doedic pump weight then set it on wandering and pick it up with a argy and fly next to a rock and it’ll collect stone. Since the doedic has a weight reduction you should just leave it in his inventory.

Let’s say you roll a good distance to get stone, your encumbered almost and moving slow as an achatina and it’s gunna easily be a 10 min roll back to base, we’ll if there’s a river or water near your base just roll into the water and Voila! Who knew these things could swim like Sarcos?

They auto attack rocks when carried by a flyer. Use an Argy, fly over rocks and filler up!

The rock elemental is a big improvement from the dodicerous so I suggest getting one of those asap
