Use an eques to knock out. They do a lot of damage

If you are taking a dodic have a friend to hold it with an argentavis and it won't curl up so you can knock it out

It takes double the amount of berries as the dododex recommends.

Just knocked one of these guys out, I have her backpack loaded with berries right now. I had to shoot her on the shell though cuz the torso is the best I can aim for on most animals, so she wasted more than 50% of my narcotic arrows. Wish me luck guys

Net gun them and fill them with tranq darts and as soon as it’s free … net gun it again 👍🏻

You can still take with arrows even after it balls up if it’s level 60 at least wait like 3 mins for it to stop balling up shoot and repeat until knocked

Mine didn’t go in ball form so low levels are really easy

If you don’t want this ball of steel not not y’know BALL UP use a Longneck Rifle with Shocking or Normal Tranqs if you don’t have that you can still use a crossbow with tranq arrows BUTTTTT shoot it ever 3-5 or so seconds if you shoot it too often it’ll ball up and make your taming 8000000x longer

Very good for getting stone has a roll feature to help it move faster

bring a rg to pick it up or a quetzal they are recommended but not needed.

I tamed a lvl 30 and painted it to look like sonic the hedgehog. He’s lvl 105 and I’ve put all but a couple in movement speed -some went to attack damage and stamina-

I lost 3 of these giant armadillos when they ran away from me, fell into deep water and drowned. Soooooooo annoying.

Ok idk if my game is glitched or something but I found 16 dodics all together! If you go to the Maw it’s an area at 45 lat 49 long. There are three spawns here for these guys! Behind the Maw more North there is a valley full of dodics! These guys are super easy to tame and ko just get any vegetable and knock out with tranq arrows and a crossbow or a longneck rifle and darts

As vezes o doedicurus buga e não fica se movendo, não toma torpor bem dano por projéteis. Isso acontece quando ele fica no modo bola e você pega ele com um voador então pega ele com um voador se ele estiver sendo atacado mas tenta pegar antes dele ficar no modo bola, se não tiver predadores por perto aconselho usar bestas mas tenta não matar o bicho! Eu demorei muito para domesticar o meu primeiro doedicurus imagina um casal!

Easier way to o do it is get a cross bow with a rifle and then shoot reload and repeat till it get knocked out and take it to a secure area tho and make sure you dino is on passive

Either just lure it into a trap or walk around it shooting it it’s super slow and op for stone

Do not try to tame this guy on a cliff, he will send you flying to your death. Lead them down hill, also use tranquil darts and not a bat.
