If you make it aggro on you,tranq it and walk backwards it can't hit you tamed a lvl 90 event gren doed this way 😊

They swing by themselves but stop once invos full

I would use Tranq darts because if you use arrows they do to much damage to fast and they will curl up into a ball

Doedicurus are essential for base construction. While they are easy to harvest with an argentavis carrying them, they are also great swimmers and gather stone quickly while in water when using the button/key for the roll action.

Put him on wandering, then pick it up with an argentavis or other flyer that can pick him, and just fly near rocks and he will hit them.

On ab I found a great way to get stone you get two of these and a Karkinos pick up the Doedicuruss and walk over rock and the doedics will get stone

it makes a decomposing sound when eating

Grab with Argy go into safe place (not surrounded by aggressive mobs or your other tame) basically just let your argy grab onto them and you go down and shot its underside hope it helps

If ur trying to defeat it for example this weeks boss the mega doedic I highly recommend using an explosive weapon or tek bcc it does increased dmg to a bow or rifle. Like this is it’s useful

Put all health into a high level doed and you could soak thousands of bullets

There oddly good swimmers which could make stone runs a lot easier

These are good tanks if you don't want to tame/breed turtles

Has anyone thought of using a doedicurus as a tame to tank turrets? I've always wondered how they would do when you level straight health then send them out to tank.

Very essential for new players up to alpha, definantely worth the time.

All you need is a bow and tranq arrows simply shoot it until it balls up, wait for it to unball, and repeat until knocked out

For everyone who is worried about the doe rolling up in a ball I reccomend using an argy to pick it up and have s tribe mate use tranq arrows to knock it out. Rly good early game tame strongly suggested.

Pick it up with a argi then you can auto farm

You can use tranq arrows. It needs to be high health because if it isn't it will roll up in a ball and you won't be able to tame it.

murder it or tame by rifle and tranq darts

These guys automatically hit rocks so if you let it wander it will collect rocks and this is amazing
