Here is one of their best uses, your gonna want high level small dodos and then you are gonna take 10 of them to the skylord. They can be used as reinforcements and as bait so here is my idea
(10 level 100+ dodos) you are going to walk in skylord with one dodo following you a dodo following the dodo that followed you and so on. The come in as a line and you fight the onyc alone you line five-three dodos up against the room you turn right into. Then in the next room you set up 4 dodos Than with the other 1-3 you will build foundations around the jump thing and bring the dodos across. You make the dodos protect you as you get the artifact. Than you kill any enemies that attacked you. Than you get whatever dodos are left and go back the way you came mad you can do it again except next time you will problably only want dodos after that cause after having those 10 bodyguards you found out how to do it
(Do cave 1-3 times with dodos to get the hang of it and then you can do the rest solo)
More Dodo Utility Tips
These tames can be used as a bomb. You place C4 on the dodo and drop it into a base. Detonate and watch the fireworks!
When a baby dodo is newly hatched it will need berries or it might starve to death.

For the guy who said that it would be cool if a dodo could sit on your shoulder: on ark mobile, a dodo smaller than .75 can in fact be carried on your shoulder. Dodos over 2.6 can be ridden. Fun fact. :)
In Ark Mobile you can breed dodos to get larger or smaller. Dodos below 0.8 scale can be mounted on your shoulder and above 2.4 scale they can be mounted and ridden.
Dodos have a chance of laying an egg every time it poops. Unlike all other tames, which have a chance to lay an egg approximately every 25 minutes.
You can get prime meat from the babies, but it spoils very quick, so this is how to get it all to a predator:
1. Incubate lots of dodo eggs so they only have one or two seconds left to hatch.
2. Carry the dodo eggs as well as a campfire (you might need two) and fuel.
3. When youβve knocked out the predator you want, light the fire and hatch some of the dodo eggs.
4. Kill the babies and harvest their meat with a metal pick.
5. Feed the meat to the predator and enjoy!
Iβve experimented, and it looks like you get two to six prime per dodo.
Placing a dodo on agressive wander and your gigas/rexes/raptors/ect. On nutural will provide the same protection without your valuable creatures wandering away. Once the Dodo attacks, the rest follow.
Dodo's have a chance to lay an egg every time they poop. So force-feed them a bunch of stimberries (That will make them poop, and lay eggs)! Just make sure that you have some regular berries because it will make their food go down. Never again will you have to worry about obtaining Dodo eggs. You will only need to tame one!
