If you want to use bear traps , use large ones, and make a line of a couple as these boys are so damn strong they actually may break a few of them trying to get you as you traq them!

Even low levels are useful too, tame a low level if you can’t find a high level and go on a killing spree and watch how much destruction they can do. Pump up health and melee

- You’ve just been ripped off your saddle and your favorite tame is in trouble.. you need to get there NOW. Keep one of these hitched with spare gear.

- Their sprint is like a Locomotive Engine: Takes a sec to get going, but Holy F- do they move at top speed and has stamina for days. Roars in like a Semi-Truck to slap silly anything that dared threaten your fav tame.

- Find a Low-lvl and tame with Meat or Prime. Use it to get Honey, then tame your High-lvl.

Ark mobile: just make honey...lots of honey for direbear to tame it.dont waste your time to find carno egg to make kibble.trust me.

Yes it is a bear but the bear trap won’t work on him

These guys are great for the aberration zone on valguero. Just have a friend on a deinonychus scouting ahead for threats, from there the bear will be able to take on pretty much anything your friend spots.

Bear trap does work you just need a medium sized one

Very fast and eliminates the need for any other berry/fiber gathering, does an amazing amount of damage.

Lure it into the water and fire with Tranq arrows until it runs. Then knock it out on land and it's an easy tame

For taming a dire Bear I would recommend you get on a rock

So here’s something I just learned: When a Purlovia leaps at you you can bat it away with a dire bears slash attack. I just beat the snow cave using this so I hope this helps :)

My dire bears just freaking ate the beta megapithecus. Had 15 bears, 1 yuty, 3 died but still god damn.

Everything is good but health, basically glass cannon

Fast but need a startup and just keep moving without hitting or colliding anything or they will be slow

Bears gather insane amounts of fiber but with the paw swipe it gathers better than the normal bite

This was a challenging tame. You either outrun the bear and he stops chasing you before you get in the dino trap or he catches you and eats you. I definitely recommend shooting it from far distance then running. I also recommend getting a friend to help you as they can be bait. It's a tame I recommend though!

Does anyone know if a single person on a pyromane that has 8k hp and 450% melee can solo the spirit dire bear and wolf on Ragnarok?
